A excellent hotel outside Taipei City
Pros:

The service provided by staff Ms Hope Wu was excellent. 8 of us booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. One of us has night vision issues and found his room a bit dark, and Hope arranged extra lighting for his room immediately. My wife found the room a bit cold after the first night and Hope arranged an extra blanket for the second night.

Our rooms were huge. Hotel is 2 minutes from the metro train station and 15 minutes from the railway and high speed rail station. Night Market is 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of shopping around the hotel.

Enjoyed it.
Pros:

Room was a bit dated. Carpet is old. Bathroom is older and needs a refresh. But overall functional at the price point paid. Location is great for families. Very convenient and surroundings will have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Staffs’ friendliness and attention makes up for the room deficiencies.

Older building and rooms with EXCELLENT breakfast
Pros:

Great location and GREAT breakfast! Cheap laundry facility, only $30NT to wash 👍

Cons:

Hallway outside of elevator smelled like bad cologne. Old facilities and lamp/light management in the room.

Comfortable!
Pros:

部屋が広くバスタブもあり。ペットボトルの水は支給されないものの、エレベーター付近に給水器がありいつでも自由に水をいただける。お湯もあり。従業員が皆さんフレンドリーで気持ちよく宿泊できた。

Cons:

朝食がもう少し品数と質が上がれば言うことなし。

We loved this hotel
Pros:

One of the nicest hotels we have been to. The staff is amazing, the front desk, the cleaning crew and breakfast team. What an amazing job they do every day, always smiling. You feel welcomed all the time. The rooms are beautiful and big, we had two rooms connected. Breakfast is superb, international and local cuisine. A couple of minutes walk to underground station, shops and markets. Choose this hotel you won’t regret it.

Cons:

Just a suggestion, some hair conditioner for us ladies.

Great location and great staff
Pros:

We loved the breakfast buffet and the staff are such lovely people. They treated my parents with the upmost respect. The receptionists were also such lovely people. Location is great and close to everything.

Cons:

The carpets probably need a change but still well maintained.
