Pros:

We enjoyed the view from the breakfast room especially the fresh orange juice as well.

Cons:

We were charged for the water in the fridge as we thought that they were complimentary. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that 1 euro will be charged for each bottle.

Prime location for sea gazing and plane spotting
Pros:

The reception staff were nice and accommodating, there is a nice lounge where you can have drinks and relax. The breakfast was good and the terrace offers a great view of the harbor.

The highlight was the room with seaside view, it was great to relax on the balcony with a view of the Venetian fortress and the sea, and it was a great spot for seeing (and hearing) airplanes taking of from the airport.

Cons:

Small bathroom and shower cabin, bathroom facilities outdated.

Wonderful staff in a convenient location
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cheerful and attentive. We received a complimentary room upgrade on our second stay which gave us a view of the harbour. It was beautiful.

Cons:

On our first night there were several power cuts which led to the sound of an alarm and a generator starting, which disrupted our sleep. However on our second night, that did not happen.

Pros:

The hotel is perfect if you’re traveling from the ferry port. Easy walk to the hotel from the ferry. Places you close to great destinations within the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast is just what you need to start your exploration of Heraklion.

Really helpful front counter guys, so close to the port for Seajets Ferry, nice easy walk back into town for a walk about.

Pros:

La vista della sala colazione è come in foto, anzi più bella. La colazione era tipica, c'era sia dolce che salato, vari formaggi tipuci e il paté di olive che era spettacolare. Anche i dolci e il pane molto buoni. Noi siamo arrivati prima in hotel, e ci hanno permesso di fare il check in già alle 9, qualcosa di meraviglioso. Molto soddisfatta.

Hotel très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le port, mais mériterait d’être mieux entretenu

Hotel très bien situé face au port et à 5mn du centre et des restaurants

Cons:

Un peu sonore et bruyant avec la proximité de la route. Un déficit d’entretien : carte magnétique ne fonctionne pas, la climatisation en berne, le flexible de douche fuyard, un tapis dans la douche à la propreté douteuse…

Un bon hotel confortable proche de la citadelle
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique et professionnel.
La literie.
Tarifs preferentiels avec un parking proche (compter 15 €/jour) il est difficile de se garer à Heraklion.
La salle du petit dejeuner au sixième étage avec une vue panoramique.
Le petit dejeuner continental mais aussi des produits crétois.

Cons:

Salle de bain petite et pas très moderne.
Proche voie de circulation donc pas très calme

素晴らしい。
Pros:

港から歩いて5分位でホテルに行くことが出来、クノッソス宮殿に行くバス停は近くて始発。
旧市街へも歩いているいけとても便利でした。最上階で戴く朝食はとても美味しく、眺めが最高！

An excellent stay with very helpful staff.
Pros:

A lovely welcome from the very helpful staff. The best room had a huge balcony and view across the harbour. A bowl of fruit and some wine provided and a very comfortable bed too. A short walk to the Heraklion museum. Easy to park at the harbour and the bus station is not far.
