The place itself was nice — good location, comfortable room, and convenient for getting around. Our stay was for 4 nights, but the service was a bit disappointing. “After paying a good amount for the booking, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an extra USD 175 for cleaning, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere when we booked.”
Honestly, for the price paid, it would be better to stay in a good star hotel that offers proper service and cleaning included. I don’t recommend this place due to the hidden cleaning charge.
So yes, it’s a nice property, but just be aware you might have to pay extra for cleaning on top of your booking amount.
Great room and facilities, very good value for money, good location.
Toiletries and other necessary supplies were provided only for 2-3 days, but we booked 9 nights.

The apartment was clean.
The beds were very uncomfortable, the stock of coffee was limited, the entry code provided did not work. The iron in the unit had burnt stains.
Very close to Riverwalk and Magnificent mile by bus and subway. It was really safe.The room was very clean. Kitchen was great. Having washing and drying machines in the room is an additional advantage. It is a little close to railway but it didn't bother even me although I am a very sensitive person to noise. As a result I highly recommend this facility.
The only disadvantage may be that the curtains aren't thick enough. But we had blindfolds.

Deep Scratches and scuff marks literally all over the walls. Then there was what appeared to be a blood stain on our sheets. We just used the back up sheets.The counter had a stain that what was probably from a heating hair tool. None of these deterred our stay, but felt the walls could at least have been attended too....looks like they have never been wiped or touched up....Mr. Clean magic eraser would work well for cleaning up the scuff marks quickly.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht ausreichend: kein Wasserfilter, zu wenig Geschirr, nur ein Spül- und Geschirrtuch. Die Klimaanlage war nicht effizient genug. Die Terrasse wäre mit Stuhlpolstern und Sonnenschutz ein echtes Highlight gewesen.
Location was perfect. Close to parking and soldier field for the system of a down and avenged seven fold concert.
The only thing that bothered me was the grocery store up the road there was a lot of people standing out on the sidewalks and it was hard to get through there but other than that it was great

Very good location; near grocery stores, train stations, and some restaurants. Good apt layout, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, building was safe and easy to access.
The accessible bathroom shower would overflow when we showered. Walls are a bit thin. It was the weekend, and we could all hear when the neighbors came back late and talked loudly.
