Un hôtel de charme au coeur de la vieille ville
Pros:

Un hôtel à taille humaine, exceptionnellement situé dans le centre historique. Le jardin d'hiver et rooftop permettent une vue sur les toits de la vieille ville. Mais surtout nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de toute les personnes de l'hôtel. C'est le plus important. Grand merci à elles d'avoir contribué à ce séjour reposant à Trapani.

La struttura è molto bella e situata in una posizione assolutamente strategica. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza e ci siamo ritrovate in un piccolo appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto ospitale. Marisa e Denise si sono messe dal primo istante a nostra completa disposizione. Grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo potuto organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno e goderci a pieno la vacanza! Non finiremo mai di ringraziarle. Struttura consigliatissima

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
L’accueil a été anticipé et parfaitement organisé dès notre arrivée, ce qui a vraiment été apprécié après le voyage avec notre bébé de 5 mois. Toute l’équipe a été très attentionnée et nos demandes ont été prises en compte avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

L’emplacement est également idéal, très pratique pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cons:

Camera con materassi vecchi e scomodi. Gli scuri e Le finestre erano datati, rotti e facevano fatica a chiudersi. Il bagno era sporco, le ante della doccia erano rotte come pure il piatto doccia, inguardabile. La Tv non funzionava, il condizionatore perdeva acqua. In cucina mancava tutto: c’erano solo 3 piatti, due fondi e uno piano, due bicchieri e 3 pentole

V hoteli počas celej doby žiadny personál s ktorým by sa dalo komunikovať. Keby nám jeden pán čo tam neviem či robil neotvoril dvere tak sa ani do hotela nedostaneme. Počas celej doby tam nikto z personálu nebol. Hotel duchov. Na izbe natreté prádlo pre 3 osoby a nie pre 4.

Cons:

Deifinitely not a 4 star hotel , more like 2 star. Fairly clean except for shower.
Accomodation was shabby and needed updating and repairs
Bedroom window would not shut properly causing water to enter near bed floor area when raining .
Parking was impossible.
