Net hotel voor bezoek aan Praag
Pros:

Goede ligging lekker dicht bij oude centrum. Veel lopend kunnen doen.
Fantastisch ontbijt.

Cons:

Klimaat behandeling op de kamers. Veel te warm en werd niet minder met airco.
Matrassen van bed hadden een doorgelegen kuil wat niet comfortabel sliep. Iets meer zit comfort in zin van goede stoel zou op executive kamer niet misstaan

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Hatte mein Gepäck an der Rezeption vergessen einzuladen. Wir saßen keine zwei Minuten im Auto, da kam schon der Anruf. Super. Danke. Sehr gute Lage. Komfort gut. Zur Tiefgarage muss man ein paar Schritte laufen.

Prague adventure
Pros:

Located close to the station but not noisy. Easy walking distance into the old town. Very clean, spacious room. One of the best selections of breakfast buffet I have come across. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft and the bar downstairs was understocked, but staff were very apologetic when they ran out of red wine.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning.

Cons:

The design is strange. It seems intended for one person only. There is nowhere to hang even a second towel. The light controls are unusual. You have to use the bedside switch to turn on the bathroom light. The shower hose is damaged. The room is very cramped.

After an hour after booking i have rcvd a call from the Hotel reception that my booking will be cancelled due to overbooking. In application they did not cancel my booking,but mentioned that my payment methods is not accepted. Poor false performance!

Good location for transport, however please be mindful that means you can hear the trams as they pass

Cons:

We didn't have hot water so could not shower on the first morning. The staff on reception did not provide any complimentary discount or compensation. They would not contact the management team.
