Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Personal super nett und immer freundlich. Über booking super schnelle Kommunikation. Hotelzimmer immer sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt und Bettwäsche nach der Hälfte der Zeit gewechselt. Bett/Matratze war richtig gut. Haben super geschlafen. Frühstück reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack was zu finden. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage in der Nähe, top. Wir sind begeistert und können es ohne weiteres empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team :)

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Alles top :)

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Prague, just a 10-15-minute walk through picturesque streets to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge. We really enjoyed it here. The lobby is great, elegant, lovely, and comfortable. Our room was cosy and big, with the most comfortable bed! The bathroom and toilet are separate.
Breakfast was so delicious, and we loved it! A wide selection of various dishes, where everyone can find something to their taste. We travelled by car, and the hotel has a parking space for us, which we appreciate very much.

Cons:

When we arrived in Prague, we first had to stop by the hotel to check in and pick up a parking pass for the parking area, which is located elsewhere (not on the hotel premises). At the reception desk, there was a thin, blonde woman who was quite unfriendly and rude. When I asked how to get to the parking area, she replied that she didn’t know because she wasn’t a driver! After spending many hours in the car, that is not the kind of answer a guest wants to hear.
Fortunately, another staff member appeared—like a fairy godmother—and, with a lovely smile, she greeted us and explained the easiest way to reach the parking area. I regret that I’ve forgotten the name of this kind young woman, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her help and for all the advice she gave us during our stay in Prague.

Überragend! Immer wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, nah zur Innenstadt, das Frühstückspersonal ist sehr umsichtig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt gewesen.

Cons:

Es war wirklich alles super. Keine negativen Punkte.

Top ontbijt! Heel lekker en verzorgd.
Heel mooie kamer.

Cons:

Hotel ligt vlak langs de tramlijn. Wij sliepen op de eerste verdieping. Het geluid en de trillingen als de tram aankwam en voorbij kwam, was echt storend😔 oordoppen hebben wat soelaas gebracht😋

الفندق الموقع ممتاز للسنتر 10 دقايق مشي او المترو رقم 9 رايح جاي تتشتري له تذكرة لمدة 72 ساعة ب350 كرونة ومحطة القطار الرئيسية قريبة جدا والافطار متنوع والاستقبال يساعدونك منهم Vojtech-Gavin-Diana-Jakub ومول بلاديوم فيه مطعم هندي ممتاز وعلى الطريق بينهما فيه مطعم البيت الدمشقي

النادي الرياضي مهو في الفندق مسافة 5 دقايق تاخذ ورقة عليها الباركود

Das Personal war supernett.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus war 600 m weit weg. Das Parken vorm Hotel war aufgrund von Strassenarbeiten abenteuerlich.
