Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, Pflanzenmilch auf Anfrage vorhanden. Freundliches Personal, schneller Check In (auch online möglich).

Cons:

Das Warmwasser der Dusche war eher wenig bis kaum vorhanden, lange Verlaufszeiten hier einplanen bis man endlich eine angenehme Temperatur zum Duschen hat.

Mehr als zufrieden
Pros:

Nachdem bei unserer Anreise Ruhetag war, wurde ich trotzdem im Vorfeld telefonisch verständigt und dann sehr herzlich persönlich empfangen. Es ist urig, sauber, zentral und verfügt über einen Schikeller. Bushaltestelle und Gratisparkplatz befinden sich direkt am Hotel. Aber die Highlights sind das Frühstück und das extrem bemühte Personal :-)

Historisches Haus mit Herz im Ortskern
Pros:

Supernette Rezeption und Service Crew, die man bei Problemen fragen kann und immer eine Lösung liefern.
Das trägt viel zum Wohlbefinden bei.Viel mehr als modernste high tech Ausstattung. Die sucht man hier nämlich vergebens.
Der ,,Markterwirt" ist wirklich konsequent historisch aus 300 Jahre altem Holz geschnitzt und mit den Jagdtrophähen der Familie geschmückt.Und da hat sich was angesammelt, Respekt;-)
Das kann schon den ein oder anderen Tierfreund am Ankunftsabend erschrecken :-)
Aber: WLAN funktioniert,Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut,Lage perfekt (3! Richtungen Ski/Bus am Haus) ,Kirchenglocken wecken pünktlich um 6:00 ,Markt Friedhof,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Skiverleih, Änderungsschneiderei uvm ...alles direkt vor der Tür,Therme in der Nähe...
Und natürlich Restaurant und Bar im Haus.

Don’t waste your money

Great location, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately the whole place is unloved and uncared for. Make sure you don’t end up in room 210, such an odd layout, only one person can enter at the time because you open the door and the shower is right in front of you behind a partition wall so there isn’t enough room to step in. There’s a step by the foot of the bed that I forgot about in the middle of the night so I ended up hurting myself. The floors were dirty and the few wool rugs dotted around full of dust. The room was cold. The property is old and you can still see the character of the building but the charm is gone. It looks like it had a 90’s makeover when mdf was the fashion because it’s everywhere in the room. We were there for 4 nights, staff barely acknowledged us, there’s no information in the room of any sort. We had better service across the road.
