Good hotel, not very value for money
Pros:

Nice hotel with a well equipped spa. The room was nice and cosy, minimal decoration and big bathroom. The staff is very polite.

Cons:

I would prefer if there was a coffee machine and fridge in the room, as all hotels provide those. The breakfast is super expensive and with a very small variety of products - 30 euros per person so overall the room is value for money without breakfast for sure.

Pros:

Loved the swimming pool and spa facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had the best week.

Unfortunately not the family friendly holiday it used to be.
Pros:

We used to come here every winter for a family ski holiday and it was always a perfect 5* experience. Then they shut down for a couple years and re opened under a new brand. While not much seems to have physically changed outside of some more lounge areas in the spa and the new restaurant and non use of the old one, a lot has changed in the service.

This used to be a one stop all inclusive ski holiday. You didn't need to worry about food or drink or getting to the hill or renting equipment or anything. They took care of everything for you. Now you only get breakfast.

The dinner restaurant is only available 5 nights out of the week and you are looking at minimum 50€ a person for dinner. That's with just mains and water (careful, they refill your glass so much that we ended up paying €50 just for water in one night with 4 people). You can easily pay €100+ each with multiple courses and drinks.

Unfortunately all of the restaurants nearby are kind of fast food type stuff so you will have to drive if you want something else of decent quality.

I can say that the restaurant is excellent and is not over priced for the quality, but it doesn't make sense for a family holiday to eat that fancy every night. And if you stay all week, it's not even possible every night anyway.

Honestly we miss so much about the old hagleitner system:
- all inclusive
- ski bus
- ski rental
- family room with 2 kids beds
- check in at main hotel, not lugging bags from the spa
- less walking needed to restaurant and spa
- better organized (enough salt to go around, sheets ready for bed, eyc)

I hope they move back to the old model, it was a 5* family experience and we were happy to come every winter. For now there are better family options available for similar price when you look at cost of meals in the restaurant and the added hassle of the experience now.

The hotel is still in a good location, though. The skiing is good and a short walk to the public bus. The spa is okay but nothing amazing. It is not a bad experience if the offer is what you are looking for, but for us there are better family options and we will be switching next year.

Pros:

Great location and staff were very friendly. We loved the spa and the rooms were very spacious and clean.

Cons:

The heated pools were not very warm but it didn’t affect our stay.

VELIKI mali hotel!
Pros:

Izvrstan doručak (raznovrstan, individualizirane narudzbe). Posebne pohvale osoblju koje je cijelo vrijeme "bdilo" nad nama. Deatalji koji se pamte: spremačice su nas iznenadile načinom i oblicima slaganje posteljine. SPA - jednom rječju izvanredan i bogatog sadržaja, ugodan.

De slaapbank was erg slecht om op te liggen, nagenoeg niet op kunnen slapen.
