لاشيء بتاتاً... أسوأ تجربة، بل أسوأ مقلب في هذا الفندق

أنا حاجز جناح لشهر عسل، ولما وصلنا تتابعت المفاجآت في هذا الفندق، أولاً تم تحويلنا إلى مبنى آخر قديم و متهالك، الأثاث قديم جداً، لا أحكي لك عن الرائحة و المكان الكئيب والموحش، طبعاً ما اسطعت اسكن فيه وذهبت لفندق آخر ممتاز بالرغم ان وصولي كان بالليل، طلبت إلغاء الحجز وتم الرفض ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ، أضف لذلك أن الطاقم واضح أنه يعرف اني ما راح اقبل بالجناح المحجوز، هذا الفندق انخفض مستواه بشكل واضح و كبير، يؤسفني أن تكون هذه التجربة الأخيرة بعد تجارب سابقة فيه، لا أفكر ان أعود إليه نهائياً.... ولا أنصح به

Mooie spa en goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding voor de familiekamers
Pros:

We hebben één nacht verbleven in een familiekamer, dit zijn eigenlijk twee kamers met in het bijgebouw. Deze kamers waren schoon maar wat verouderd en aan renovatie toe. Ze waren dan ook erg goedkoop in vergelijking met de kamerprijzen in het hoofdgebouw. Hét pluspunt is echter de mooie spa met buitenzwembad met ruime openingsuren. We vonden het ontbijt aan 30 EUR per persoon wat duur dus hebben iets gegeten in een bakkerij aan de luchthaven. Het dorpje (Zell am See Süd) was wat doods in het naseizoen en het hotelrestaurant was al gesloten. Gelukkig was er op enkele minuten wandelen nog een Aziatisch restaurant dat laat open was.

Cons:

De familiekamers in het bijgebouw zijn aan renovatie toe.

Excellent for family, Will stay here again next time
Pros:

Excellent place to stay for family. Staff was helpful and supportive. Swimming pool was outclass.
They have free parking also available on site.
If i come back to zell am see, I will stay here again.

Cons:

Facility needs to add more direction/boards outside the hotel, Maybe one on main road to guide people driving. I missed the turn twice. Also while searching for our building I had to get guidance from staff..
