The facilities are really clean and the staff is very friendly
As someone who is allergic to seafood i didn't like they displayed shrimps in the salad bar, people mix it all the time so i didn't eat cos i was afraid of Cross contamination
Good location to Dihua area. Also, close to public transportation
Temperature was too high for room. They claimed we had to give it time or because the blinds were open. Felt temperature was locked to save money. Not a good time because it was very hot and humid that week.
We had a wonderfull stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well maintained..
The lobby was spacious and beautifully designed. I especially loved the separate cubicles which are perfect to get some work done or read.
The coffee machine in the lobby was giving free coffee throughout.
The counter staff Tenyo and Heiei was helpful and welcoming.. Tenyo arranged taxi and tour for us which made our trip completely stress free.Heiei even came down right near the taxi to explain the driver our route. The security staff was also very kind and welcoming. He arranged taxi for us and explained the driver where to drop us exactly while leaving the hotel.

Location is ok if they can tell us how to walk from Taipei Main Station clearly, not just exit Y21.
The cleaning and I think they have to renovate the room
お湯の出が強くて良かった。
英語も中国語も話せないが、フロントの方が精一杯対応してくれた。
受付時には、日本語を話せるスタッフがいて安心出来た。
朝食メニューが毎日違って良かった。
味付きのゆで卵がとても美味しかった。
パンの種類が欲しかった。
ロビーのコーヒーをお部屋に持ち込めたら良かった。残してしまうのが勿体無いから。
ロビーには、ゆったり過ごせるソファが多くとても良かった。
1002号室は、眺めも良くとてもいいお部屋でした。
また次も利用したいホテルでした。
あえて言うならば、
朝食のパンが硬かった。種類が欲しかった。(日本人は柔らかいパンに慣れているせいかもしれません)
Although the area “looks” a bit run down, it is actually quite trendy. The hotel is quiet and well located.
The breakfast was not as good as we expected. It is mostly Asian food we did not get used to in the morning. More selection of pastry, sourdough bread, avocado on toast, granola, oat porridge will be recommended for western travellers.
Very close to shopping areas. If not, bus stops were 5 minutes away
Little more security. Was not concerned but would like access to your floor only. Would be nice to hang wet towels
Spacious and comfortable room/bathrooms, excellent shower pressure as well. Location is top notch, around 5 mins walk to Ningxia night market and Dadaocheng walking/shopping street. Zhongsan main road and hipster district is roughly 10 odd mins walk away.
A grocery is right beside, with a Family Mart and 7E right opposite the road along with a Bafang dumpling store. Very pleasant stay in a central suburb of Taipei, Uber rides conveniently to all other parts of the city.
Room was a somewhat dim, minor complaint.
