La experiencia con la cadena NH en Bogotá fue lamentable. Llegamos al NH Bogotá Pavillon Royal a las 20:30, después de un viaje largo y cansados, y en recepción nos dijeron con total frialdad que el hotel estaba lleno, que no podían hacer nada y que iban a cancelar la reserva. Lo más grave es que seguían apareciendo habitaciones disponibles en Booking.com, mientras ellos se limitaban a decir que no sabían por qué la reserva había entrado y que la información llegaba con retraso desde oficinas centrales en México, algo que desde luego no es problema del cliente.

Cuando exigimos una solución, la actitud del personal fue muy mala. Una recepcionista fue fría y poco resolutiva, y otro compañero del turno aún peor: prepotente y diciendo que si no había habitaciones en otros hoteles no era culpa suya. Solo después de insistir con firmeza aceptaron recolocarnos en el NH Collection Andino.

Al llegar al Andino, el chico de recepción sí nos atendió bien y nos ofreció una suite por las molestias. Pero al subir, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba. Tuvimos que esperar unos 30 minutos mientras intentaban arreglarla, hasta que nos cambiaron otra vez de habitación. Ya eran las 22:30. Y al entrar en la nueva habitación, las camas estaban completamente destendidas y sucias. Ahí ya pedí el reembolso y decidí irme a otro hotel.

Para rematar, el traslado entre ambos hoteles, que estaban a solo tres calles, lo organizaron ellos, pero el conductor todavía me pidió dinero por el trayecto. Le dije que se lo reclamara al hotel. En resumen: una cadena de errores, desorganización, mala actitud y cero control. Nos destrozaron la noche y no pudimos acomodarnos hasta las 23:00, después de perder dos horas en una situación que parecía de película. Una experiencia absolutamente inaceptable.

Chambre sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées.
Pas de mouchoirs en papier, pas 1 tiroir où ranger ses affaires, une corbeille à papier pour la salle de bain et la chambre. L’hôtel fait des economies sur les serviettes.

Petsonnel pas tres souriant.
Nous avions 3 chambres pour 3 jours et avons demandé un late check out a 16 heures pour au moins 1 chambre et cela nous a été refusé

Pros:

Location is great, walking distance from multiple places and restaurants. Attentive staff, clean facilities and spacious rooms.
