Horarios para realizar aseo y baños no tan bien
A localização é um ponto forte. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados. O espaço da acomodação atende perfeitamente. O checkin é checkout ágil e sem burocracia.
O sistema de Wi-Fi/internet muito ruim, não gostei do café da manhã. O Box do chuveiro acumula água sem descer.

La estancia se trasladó al hotel NH Collection Royal Andino debido un problema técnico en el NH Bogotá Pavillon Royal. El NH Collection Royal Andino está anticuado y dejado, con un nivel de confort inferior y por tanto el nivel general fue insatisfactorio.

La amabilidad del personal y la amplitud de las habitaciones
El establecimiento está en condiciones cuestionables… el agua caliente carece según la hora, el desayuno algo diferente si eres Español, no cambian diariamente las toallas, no hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción, las toallas que te dan de ducha son de pelo y tuvimos que pedir en varias ocasiones albornoces y nunca nos dieron. Nose pero si no fuese por el personal que era encantador y muy servicial me cuestionaría mucho el lugar y sobretodo su precio que no es entendible…
