Good location in Bogota. Breakfast was good and lovely to sit on the terrace outside.

I didn't have a refridgerator in my room however traveling companions did have one in their rooms. Just a big hole in the cabinet where a refridgerator was supposed to be.
Although I didn't have housekeeping attend to my room made daily, when I did ask for it, very little to no ammenities were replaced (i., nespresso pods, tea, extra towels). Also it didn't appear that the vanity in the bathroom had been wiped down after service.
Damaged wall in the bedroom was an eyesore.

It can be noisy. A bit overpriced but fair considering the area.

The hotel was outstanding value for money and it was in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The shower was very strong and the bed very comfortable.
It didn't have the typical amenities I would expect. For example, they didn't have umbrellas for guests to borrow, despite insane rain while we were there. This was all very minor, but those little items are what typically pushes a hotel up a star. Overally, the value for money was outstanding.
Comfortable and large room. What you needed for a short stay in Bogota, and it was in a convenient and good location, with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

Big, modern room and great bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Centrally located with many restaurants nearby, safe area.
