Pros:

Martin super gentil e fez ótima indicação de restaurante. Local conveniente para 1 dia. Boas instalações, cama, banheiro. Cafe da manha completo. Prédio histórico.

Cons:

Ambiente da região do hotel pouco agradável, o que era esperado por ser ao lado da ferroviária - trade offs. Pressão do chuveiro meio fraca, mas boa temperatura.

Situation idéale et hôtel confortable et moderne
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, juste en face de la gare ferroviaire, mais aussi de la gare des bus et du tram (tram sur pneus avec rail de guidage unique). Distance idéale à pied vers le centre ville (il suffit de prendre la rue de l'hôtel vers le Sud), sans besoin réel de prendre le tram. Liaison directe par bus (45 min) de et vers l'aéroport Venise Marco Polo (VCE). En train, liaison directe (environ 1h) vers Vérone, 30 min. vers Venise.
Les travaux de la place de la gare, face à l'hôtel, visibles sur Google, sont terminés et la place est désormais belle et bien aménagée.
Très bel hôtel, propre, moderne (ancien palais en grande partie reconstruit à l'intérieur), avec personnel sympathique, bonne literie, belles chambres.
Bon buffet de petit déjeuner, complet, fruits frais, yaourt maison, muesli, charcuteries, fromages, pancakes, viennoiseries,...

Cons:

Même en cherchant bien, j'avoue ne pas trouver...

Sicuramente ritorneremo.
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, abbiamo potuto lasciare la camera un ora dopo l’orario consueto. Colazione ricca e buona . Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione FS e non molto distante dai luoghi turistici.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com boas instalações e ótimos funcionários.
Pros:

A recepcionista era muito atenciosa e sempre pronta a explicar detahadamente tudo o que lhe pedíamos.
O café da manhã servido em local amplo e tranquilo. O responsável era muito eficiente e atento a tudo.
Nota: No deslocamentos de trem para chegar ao hotel acabei perdendo a chave da mala (havia colocado um cadeado). Um funcionário do hotel bem preparado para resolver essas complicações, conseguiu romper o cadeado, sem prejudicar a mala.

Cons:

Tudo excelente. Não temos nada de negativo para citar.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in an unbeatable location right by the train station, which made getting around so easy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options, and the rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely return on our next trip!

The hotel and the room itself were beautiful and at a great location - right next to the train and tram station, which made it perfect for a weekend trip to the city. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was also very good.

great location, within walking distance of the city centre and close to the train station for easy trips to Venice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

the area around the station and McDonald’s felt a bit uncomfortable, and it was quite noisy in the evening. However, it became much quieter after 10 PM.
