Der Service an der Rezeption war katastrophal, immer wieder.
It's a really good location if you are using the trains a lot to explore. It's walkable to the centre as well.

Breakfast is not great, very limited.
The whole place feels a bit unfinished, as indeed it is.
Sono arrivato la sera senza prenotazione per un problema con un altra struttura e sono stato accolto da un gentilissimo receptionist. L'albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione FS, pulito e bello. Accessibile anche per persone con difficoltà di deambulazione.

weil keine Zufahrt möglich war. Man hätte va 10 min.
zu Fuss von einer Public Garage mit Koffern zum Hotel gehen.

Posizione strategica per chi arriva in treno. A piedi si arriva ovunque.
Ci sono ancora lavori di ristrutturazione che interessano alcune zone dello stabile ma non creano problematiche alla vivibilità del resto dell’hotel.

La vicinanza alla stazione porta frequentazioni al di fuori della struttura non proprio raccomandabili se si rientra la sera tardi a piedi, un po' come in ogni stazione , lo scotto da pagare.
Vorrei elogiare tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e l’attenzione, con un ringraziamento speciale ad Andreea per la sua collaborazione, professionalità e grande capacità di problem solving. Ha fatto davvero la differenza.
