Fantastic hotel, highly recommend.
Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor and aesthetic of the hotel was fantastic. The location was great.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was that the bath tub had a detachable shower fixture that could only be mounted in one spot near the tub, so I couldn't stand and shower easily.

A comfortable and wonderful visit to Prague.
Pros:

There were many things we liked.
The room was a good size, wonderful views, esp. at night. The article work in the hotel was a great talking point. The colours and decor were very stylish. The breakfast offered variety.
Klára in particular was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like as such, but the "lobby/ bar" were adequate but was not inviting. The space was more an extension of the reception area (felt like a waiting room), instead of an area you would like to sit for a drink or a night cap before retiring.
The fact that the computer screen blocks the receptionist makes it less welcoming when one arrives as a guest or comes downstairs in the morning. But these are minor. The importance of cleanliness, style and comfort was more important.

Check in völlig problemlos, auch mit Sprachbarriere. Rezeptionspersonal geht auf Wünsche der Gäste ein.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet fällt etwas spartanisch aus...es fehlte vor allem eine Auswahl an Brötchen, denn nicht jeder mag Kümmelbrötchen. Das Frühstücks entspricht nicht dem restlichen Standard des Hotels,das fanden wir sehr schade.

Je conseille fortement et si un jour je reviens à Prague je serait ou revenir pour l'hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel sympa ils nous ont beaucoup aider, la chambre grande avec une belle vue et propre et le petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.
