El trato del personal.

Cons:

Para nuestro gusto, el colchón de muelles era muy duro y con poca o nula escasa capa viscoelástica o confort, pero esto supongo será personal, a otros les parecerá buenísima.
Deberían extremar la limpieza con la bañera de hidromasaje.
Son detalles que para un hotel de 5* no dejan buen sabor de boca.
