以價位來看40平方八的房間算是很棒了，有小沙發區，作息不同的時候較不會彼此干擾。
Pros:

早餐很棒，入住8天，菜色有7種變化，比較不會無聊。湯品尤其好。

Tiefgarage und Ausblick waren super. Frühstück war okay

Cons:

Leider hat es im Zimmer nach Urin und Schimmel gerochen. Zum Glück konnte man gut lüften. Allgemein alles eher in die Jahre gekommen

離捷運站、碧潭近。

Cons:

1：停車位屬於共享車位,想法很好，但採先到先停，沒有保留給住宿客人先停，如果沒車位，還要自己飯店外自費找停車位，可以考慮補貼停車費，或與停車場合作，讓住宿客人可免費停。
2：房間空調設定為19度，無法調整溫度，而且沒有遙控器，而房間內沒有厚被子，晚上睡覺很冷，最後是把空調關掉。
