Gute Lage, aber zweite Erfahrung leider enttäuschend

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum

Cons:

Leider war mein zweiter Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer, das wir dieses Mal bekamen, war nicht sauber, und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Besonders problematisch war das Zugangssystem: Der PIN-Code für die Haupteingangstür und die Zimmertür funktionierte häufig nicht. Jedes Mal, wenn ich das Zimmer verlassen habe, hat es 15–20 Minuten gedauert, bis ich wieder hineinkam; ich musste den Code teils 10–12 Mal eingeben, bis die Tür endlich aufging.

Pros:

Veldig fint og utrolig rent sted å bo. Renholdspersonalet var svært nøye og sørget hele tiden for at rommet var rent og pent. Personalet i resepsjonen var også veldig hyggelige, profesjonelle og hjelpsomme med alt rundt innsjekking og oppholdet. Jeg er veldig fornøyd og kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet videre💗

الموقع والتكييف فقط

Cons:

استلمت غرفه مختلفة عن اللي اخترتها .. طبعاً تواصلت معهم و بدون اي تجاوب او تعويض ، دورة المياه غير نظيفة المغسله مسدودة والاثاث في الغرفة قديم ، ستارة الغرفة مليانه غبار مع الأسف عانيت من الجيوب الانفيه بسببهم هذا حسب الغرفه اللي استملتها رغم ان التقييم عالي على هذا الفندق

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bliskość wszystkich najciekawszych miejsc i świetny punkt komunikacyjny. Piękny pokój w bardzo wysokim standardzie.

The location was truly wonderful, offering convenient access to all amenities. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness.

Cons:

The check-in time was quite late, at 3 o'clock, and I encountered some difficulty accessing the code. It would have been helpful if more detailed instructions on how to use it had been provided. When I reached out for assistance, the response was not as helpful as I had hoped. Considering our four-night stay, it would have been appreciated if the towels had been changed at least once.
