Could be better on customer service, but OK for one night
Pros:

Room was OK. Plenty of parking. Choice of eating in bar or restaurant.

Cons:

Several staff could take a little more care in customer service. Bar staff did not know what a VAT receipt was & argued about it with me, then shrugged their shoulders at not being able to provide one. I’m certain that they could have done, but genuinely did not know. Breakfast staff were unhelpful & seemed surprised that I did not know where items were served.

I would recommend to check the room and improve on the service in regards to srving customers.
Pros:

Bed was fine.

Cons:

The toilet had a snell of sewage. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order o. My breakfast. I was completely forgotten by waitress. Another waiter had to take my other again.

Breakfast wasn't good. The service was very slow . The room was very small. The bed wasn't kingsize like I booked. I asked for an accessible room as I am disabled. Its wasn't a disabled access room.

a Lovely break .
Pros:

lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing i did not like. We like staying in this hotel. its just got such a friendly atmosphere. the young man who served in the bar gave such quality service and Amanda the Assistant Manager was lovely nothing was to much trouble
