Staff were very helpful ,breakfast was very good with plenty of choice ,room was clean .
Not being informed until i arrived that there was a parking fee each night of my stay of £4 which just seemed wrong when you have no where else to park .
Sheets did not seem to properly fit the mattress.
Beautiful, comfortable, perfect location for the evening before our cruise from Tilbury. Monica on reception was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Loud rooms, could hear joining rooms very loudly.
At check in, the staff member was unclear about where the room was and outside of reception, signage was completely misleading.
I would imagine that most guests would be travelling by car so a car park fee for guests to park overnigtht in the grounds of the hotel is not a nice touch.
