Always like this place, nicely located for our family visits with pleasant grounds. Such an amenable staff helps our stays a pleasure and most helpful too. Would we recommend it? too late, we already have.
Nothing .
zeer uitgebreid buffet met mogelijkheid tot warm ontbijt
niets
Not much, best bit was sitting outside !
Didn't like room 143 very bad design in bathroom toilet is situated behind the door if you were using the toilet and someone opened the door the door would knock you out! The bath is an accident waiting to happen very slippery when using shower and quite awkward to get in and out of, quite dangerous!!
Easy, quick checking out procedure
Free parking
Rude receptionist
Unprofessional
Non customer focused
Lack of bar staff
Food- had a buffet, sandwiches and French stick were stale even though only been served, sandwich filling was practically non existent as was the salad in the sandwich and there was thicker margarine in the sandwiches than sausage in the sausage rolls- nice grounds for a celebration but would avoid due to lack of customer service and terrible buffet
Fairly standard budget hotel with a good breakfast
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean but had some issues with shower drain, bathroom fan not working and intermittent issues with door lock
Restaurant was very bland and cold looking, several food dishes not available from bar or restaurant menu and unable to cook poached egg correctly with breakfast
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the outside seating area was lovely to be able to use in the unusal heatwave!
The second night of my stay there was a group of guest that were very noisy, while I was trying to sleep, which was a shame.
A very comfortable stay with friendly staff. A good selection for breakfast and although the restaurant was closed the previous evening for a private function the full menu was available in the lounge bar.
