Pros:

The room was super spacious and had an excellent view. The bathroom was adequate but would be better with a larger bath/shower. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch.

Good value for money and excellent location. Could improve in several areas to get an even better rating
Pros:

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from the main gondola.
Room was a triple to share with our son. It was very spacious and he had a proper bed as opposed to a sofa bed which many properties offer. The child’s bed was located at the other side of the large room so he could sleep without light / noise interruption.
5th floor had a great view over the slopes. Internal lifts were efficient and quick.
Lockers downstairs were very handy.
Lovely bar staff.
Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast the best option - quick and tasty
Overall represented good value for money.

Cons:

Bathroom is dated and very small given the size of the room.
Receptionist on arrival was far from helpful with us trying to find parking whilst unpacking bags. She seemed more interested in filling the printer with paper. The service did improve as the stay went on but it was not a good first impression.

Everything was so close and clean and good breakfast with a lot of options

Cons:

It wasn’t that good isolated with sound, you could easily hear when someone walked passed, sounded like they were in the same room

Excellent location close to the gondola, good room with comfortable bed, nice lounge and really helpful staff. What else could you ask for? Oh, yes, an AMAZING magician to entertain guests!!

The sauna, jaccuzzi and showers inn spa were all a bit cold…

En la zona de aguas, el yacuzzi tiene varios chorros que no funcionan.
En la TV de la habitación casi todos los canales perdían la conexión y no se veian.
