Disappointed
Pros:

Spacious room.

Cons:

Noise from the bar. A very small garage for a few small cars. Had to park far away and there's no space for temporary parking in front of the hotel. The hallway walls should have been refurbished a while ago. Mediocre breakfast with sticky dining tables.

Pros:

A localizacao em frente a estacao de Soldeu

Cons:

O quarto nao tinha ar condicionado, a temperatura do hotel estava quente que chegamos a ter que dormir de janela aberta mesmo com neve do lado de fora. Mesmo com hotel vazio nao nos deixaram entrar no quarto antes das 15:00, chegamos no hotel as 13:30, disseram que tinha que esperar o horario do chekin. Frigobar nao funcionava

Pros:

Hemos estado 5 dias en familia con niños y el trato del personal maravilloso, el desayuno muy completo, las habitaciones muy amplias y comodas, lo unico que los baños muy antiguos, pero iban a reformarlos todos ahora. Sin duda hemos estado genial.

Location for the gondola and everything on offer in Soldeu

Cons:

Unfortunetely the hotel is above a night spot that closes 4am and we had constant people shouting, singing outside which you could hear if you had a hotel room at the front

We have been in road motels much better than this awful Hotel.
Pros:

Only the location, although it is in front of the main road of Soldeu, behind a building that is in the front line to the slopes. So not so good as it is described.

Cons:

The pictures in Booking do not reflect how old fashion and deteriorated this hotel is. The receptionist (morgen shift) was extremely rude. They gave us a wrong room, not the one we have previously paid for. When checking out, we didn’t realise we left by mistake our smartphone on the desk of the reception, but he didn’t bother to tell us and left us leave the place until an hour after when we noticed we had left the phone at the hotel and then we called back and he confirmed the issue so we had to go back to pick it up. Because of that, we had an hour and a half delay on our trip and almost missed our flight back.

Los espacios comunes y la cercanía al acceso de las pistas Quiero felicitar al equipo del desayuno y cena, amables, agradables, atentos y muy serviciales.

Cons:

Únicamente la recepcionista que nos "o" no nos recibió al llegar, realmente poca calidad humana, desatencion, pocas ganas, nos mando al piso 1 para la habitación 212. Cuando se llega a un hotel la bienvenida es donde comienza la experiencia.
