Helt ok hotell om man främst är ute efter att åka skidor.
Pros:

Det låg helt okej, det var inte en så lång promenad till backen och det var nära till trevliga restauranger runt om! Rummen var tysta och frukosten var helt okej! Hotellets WiFi var snabbt och gick lätt att koppla upp sig på. Hotellets personal var trevliga, men så fort man haft en trevlig konversation med någon så fick man deras namn på ett recensionskort, vilket gjorde att det inte alltid kändes helt genuint.

Cons:

Badrummet var supervarmt och det gick inte att stänga av. Fönstret på toaletten ledde ut till en mycket märklig innergåd (med tak) som luktade avlopp, så det gick heller inte att vädra för att få ordning på temperaturen. Man behövde eget mynt till skåpen för skidorna, och jag som kommer från kontantlösa Sverige hade svårt att få tag på mynt. Jag frågade om ett i receptionen, men inte de kunde inte hjälpa mig... Så jag fick springa till ett apotek 100 m bort för att få köpa ett mynt... Man behövde betala för att använda bastun, vilket inte riktigt framgick i bokningen. Rummet var ganska trångt, och man fick bara plats en person åt gången på balkongen.
Jag rekommenderar inte att äta middag på hotellet. Det var klart dyrare än restaurangerna i närheten som dessutom levererade mycket högre kvalitet!

Desayuno y la atención de Mariano jefe de recepción. Muy atento y predispuesto a agradar a los clientes.

Cons:

Limpieza de la habitación pésima!!!! Inodoro incómodo y lo más desagradable era la falta de estanqueidad de la mampara que hacía que cada vez que se usaba la ducha, se inundaba el baño. A pesar de informar. No se hizo nada. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en esa habitación en dos años, y no lo han arreglado dado que la primera, también pasaba. El servicio de habitaciones dejaba bastante que desear a pesar de indicar cuestiones de falta de limpieza y carga de jabón en los dispensadores, no se mejoró nada.

Pros:

Spacious room.

Cons:

Noise from the bar. A very small garage for a few small cars. Had to park far away and there's no space for temporary parking in front of the hotel. The hallway walls should have been refurbished a while ago. Mediocre breakfast with sticky dining tables.

Pros:

A localizacao em frente a estacao de Soldeu

Cons:

O quarto nao tinha ar condicionado, a temperatura do hotel estava quente que chegamos a ter que dormir de janela aberta mesmo com neve do lado de fora. Mesmo com hotel vazio nao nos deixaram entrar no quarto antes das 15:00, chegamos no hotel as 13:30, disseram que tinha que esperar o horario do chekin. Frigobar nao funcionava
