Everything the pillows had stains alone with sheets and bed ceiling had water stains couch look like a dog had eaten it we walked in then right back out we didn’t stay and they couldn’t tell us if we would get our money back wouldn’t recommend
The outside of the building appeared and made it seem like a nice place to stay. If only the inside was nice.
The hotel wreaked of mold and mildew especially on the 2nd floor along with a plumbing issue where you could smell feces when someone flushed. The flooring was dilapidated and sinking in many spots as well as squeaking. I felt like I would fall through. The windows were sketch & nails were driven in as the “security” feature. The hallway had stains on the carpet & the cleaning ladies were very loud and kept us from sleep early in the morning. I awoke with a severe sinus infection and became very sick for days after the stay.
The staff was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was nice and the whole place was clean and inviting.
The only negative thing I saw was the hallway carpets were bleached/soiled in places (mostly by the elevators). This was definitely easy to overlook with how nice the hotel was overall.
They called and cancelled the reservation , said overbooked so not happy won’t recommend book it dot. Com
The receptionists were great. They knew the area very well. They were friendly and helpful at all times.
Everything was well pleasing.
They are pet-friendly, the staff is very nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect for me.
I booked my rooms a few months ago with a special request to be put on the first floor, near each other if possible. When I arrived they gave me a room on the third floor and one on the second. I asked to be put on the first floor and they were able to move me, but it would be nice to not have to do that upon arrival when I had tried to do it in advance.
The property is always clean and welcoming. It’s comfortable and feels like home.
I love staying at this property. I’ve never had an issue with this property until my last stay. I always book and pay through booking.com. I have a card on file I use when I do my check-in and it has never been charged until my last stay. Not only was I charged through booking.com but I was also charged the same amount through the actual property. Double charging is theft/fraud. They need to have their systems checked or figure out if it’s an employee that is responsible for the additional charges.
