Convenient location for airport, Milan and Como. Old-fashion hotel feel.
Pros:

Location is good to access MXP airport with car and train station is across the street. Breakfast was good, wide variety, but if you want coffee, you have to ask hostess for it.

Cons:

Not many restaurants around hotel. Hotel could use some updating ( carpets stained, old fashion keys ). When I searched for hotels with airport shuttles, this hotel came up but they use a private shuttle service that I was quoted would be 70 euros. It advertises on-site parking, and that is an additional charge. I wish they would advertise those extra charges instead of being told at check-in.

Decisamente non più un 4 stelle!
Pros:

Lo staff, che andrebbe premiato per la cortesia e la professionalità dimostrate, nonostante le condizioni in cui devono lavorare.

Cons:

La moquette andrebbe eliminata completamente, poiché molto sporca, sia in camera che in corridoio.
C’erano perdite di acqua tra il quarto e il terzo piano. Segnalate al personale in reception che ha prontamente risposto alla segnalazione.
Non vengono forniti asciugamani per il bidet, ma solo se richiesti alla reception. Posso solo immaginare quante volte se li sono sentiti chiedere i receptionist. Complimenti per la pazienza.
A colazione c’era solo una persona a gestire tutto: fare i caffè, pulire i tavoli e rifornire le pietanze esaurite. Potete immaginare i tempi di attesa. Complimenti anche in questo caso allo staff per la pazienza.
Le stanze non sono insonorizzate a sufficienza: dal quarto piano si sente, a partire dalla mattina alle 7 corca, il rumore di chi fa colazione al quinti piano. In particolare lo staff che sbatte il porta caffè per svuotarlo in continuazione (ci mancherebbe, è il loro lavoro) sembrava un martello.
Insomma, complimenti ancora allo staff, ma la direzione dovrebbe fare qualcosa per aiutarle loro e gli ospiti.

Pros:

Frukosten var väldigt bra och läget vid järvägsstationen var toppen. När till centrum också. Rummen var tysta och även om våra fönster var mit järnvägen stördes man inte av tågen.

Heltäckningamattan kunde bytas bort.
