Caro para lo que ofrece (seguridad, limpieza y ubicación)
Pros:

Pude dormir y ducharme con agua caliente

Cons:

La ventana no cerraba lo que me dio inseguridad a la hora de dejar las maletas, me tocó cerrarla a la fuerza y aún así se quedó abierta, al ser check in online no había nadie a quien preguntarle. Además, el pestillo de la puerta, el único que nos permitía cerrar por la noche y hacednos sentir cómodas estaba roto en el suelo. Por lo general, en cuanto limpieza respecta, no estaba limpio y la ducha tenia una cortina de tela lo que hacía que todo el suelo del baño se mojara, incluido el bater y la pica, causándonos repetitivos resbalones. Por último, no tenían servicio de guarda maletas, por lo que nos tocó dejar las maletas en la estación central, lo cual nos supuso un coste adicional.

Por lo que resumidas cuentas, para haber costado 50€ la noche por persona, el alojamiento podía haber estado muchísimo mejor, sobretodo en cuanto seguridad y limpieza.

Preisleistungsverhältnis war für uns ok,
Pros:

Der Check in und schlüssel ist alles online auf dem Handy. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, da sie nur 10minuten zu fuss von zentrum enfehrnt liegt.
Das Zimmer ist gross und bietet viel platz und war sauber.

Cons:

Das Tram hört man gut bis tief in die nacht und mit den Vorhängen, kann mann das zimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln. Ausserdem ist das Wifi sehr langsam

Ideal location. Clean and cosy rooms. Very reasonable price. Would recommend for short city stays
Pros:

The location was only a 20min walk to dam square which was ideal. I liked that it was a self serve check in and check out, makes life a lot easier and quicker with no hassle.

Cons:

The lock on our door (room 17) was broken which wasn’t the end of the world as the door does automatically lock from the outside when closed but it is always comforting having the extra security of an inside lock too.

Personnel en télétravail donc personne sur place, escalier très raide, impossible de dormir correctement avec le bruit extérieur + les bruits dans les couloirs, fuite d’eau dans la chambre certaines de nos affaires personnelles trempé suite a cela, après avoir prévenu le numéro de réception (20min pour les avoir en ligne, pendant ce temps la chambre continuait de prendre l’eau) on nous a juste donné le numéro du service de maintenance de l’hôtel en mode « débrouillez-vous » très clairement, suite a cela on nous change de chambre pour finir dans une autre chambre ou ça puait la cigarette, les égouts dans la salle de bain, dans les tiroirs d’un meuble on a pu y retrouver un morceau de pain au chocolat consommé ainsi que des paquets de gâteau apéro entamé, suite à cela et à ce sentiment de dégoût reçu nous avons décidé d’écourter notre séjour d’une journée. Aucun geste commercial malgré des preuve en photo à l’appuie pour se faire pardonner ni rien. Juste dégoûté.
