Great location, but very poor customer service and inadequate facilities. I would not recommend this property.
Pros:

Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at the reception most of the time, making it extremely difficult to get any assistance. The room had several issues: the main light was not working, there was no Wi-Fi, and the television did not work. The property also has no lift, which made carrying luggage difficult. When I requested a room change, I was told I had to check out at 11:00 AM and wait until 3:00 PM for another room, which was very inconvenient. Despite repeatedly reporting these problems, no effective solution was provided. Customer service was extremely poor.

Cons:

The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient.
