Tout ! Parking privé, hôte très sympathique, propreté, calme, bonne literie, grand lit, spacieux, équipements, prises près du lit, toilettes séparés, chambre séparée, clair, volets fenêtres, équipements sportifs, piscine.

Quelques points mineurs mais pas critiques :
- frigo endommagé (la partie freezer était cassée)

Це був один із найгірших досвідів проживання.
Заїзд був пізній — ключі залишили в сейфі та надіслали код. На цьому всі «плюси» закінчуються.
Я бронював 3 номери, і коли ми зайшли — були просто шоковані. Номери в катастрофічно брудному стані: на столі лежала брудна ганчірка, у раковині — немиті ложки та ножі. Під ліжками — товстий шар пилу, видно, що там не прибирали дуже давно.
Балкон — окрема історія: біля дверей розкидані старі парасолі та сміття, вийти нормально неможливо.
Це не просто «не дуже чисто» — це повна антисанітарія.
Ми провели там 2 ночі, але це було максимально некомфортно.
Не рекомендую нікому.

Soggiorno al Nemea Appart
Pros:

La suite che mi è stata assegnata è esattamente quella con le pareti verdi e parquet riprodotta nelle foto, la zona è molto bella, tranquilla e a pochi metri dalla struttura sono presenti bar, supermercati e altre attività commerciali che però alle 19:30 sono tutte chiuse!!!

Cons:

La struttura ha un "mini" bar in funzione solo al mattino per la colazione e non è presente neppure un distributore automatico di bevande. La tv trasmette solo programmi francesi...

Pros:

es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet. Personal ist auch genügend vorhanden, aber ich denke, dass man mit halb so viel Personal auch auskommen würde. Ich würde weniger Personal einsetzen, stattdessen eine kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe mit einem Automaten machen, und dafür mehr Geld in die Instandhaltung der heruntergekommenen Zimmer investieren.

Cons:

Großflächig Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche. Typisch in dieser Preisklasse in dieser Gegend wirkt vieles nicht wirklich ordentlich oder sauber. Im Kühlschrank das Eisfach war einfach rausgebrochen, das Gerät wurde trotzdem in diesem Zustand weiterbetrieben.
Die Schiebetüren des Schrankes im Eingang in so schlechtem Zustand, dass man den Schrank nicht öffnen konnte.
Die Terrasse war aufgrund einer Fehlplanung immer verdreckt: sobald es regnet oder jemand in den oberen Stockwerken den Balkon reinigt, spritzt Schlamm vom Rasen auf die Fliesen.
Das ausklappbare Sofa-Bett im Wohnzimmer war wirklich unbequem.
Da das Apartment für die Gegend günstig ist und die Lage für uns top war, war das aber insgesamt ok für uns.
Achtung, man sollte vorher mit der Unterkunft abklären, ob Klopapier gestellt wird. Müllbeutel bekommt man an der Rezeption.

Leider haben wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt, da nicht sauber war. Lage & Personal waren super.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, es gab mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Von der Autobahn sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen. Das parken direkt auf dem Privatparkplatz war super, auch wenn wir nicht darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass nur eine Seite zu unserem Hotel gehört, darauf hat uns ein Nachbar aufmerksam gemacht. Das Zimmer/Wohnung waren sehr geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr dreckig. Die Dusche war total verkalkt und schmutzig, es war teilweise auch sehr staubig, gerade an der Tür zu Terasse lag viel Schmutz. Und in der Lüftung war Schimmel zu sehen.
