Demasiado Caro y poco que ofrecer.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y muy atento. El desayuno es muy delicioso y variado, aunque no es un bufet en el que puedas elegir lo que quieres. Fuera de eso el sitio es muy céntrico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones: Para una habitación con cama matrimonial, no había sinó una mesa de noche. No había tomas de corriente al lado de la cama, así que era muy molesto pararse a cada rato para poder cargar el celular. La habitación era algo fría con respecto a la (decoración) y muy deteriorada, necesita una remodelación. La puerta del baño estaba dañada.

No había plancha de ropa, solo había servicio de lavado y aplanchando que en días feriados no funciona.
En general el edificio y su habitación era de un estilo muy noventero.

Para un precio tan excesivo por noche no vale la pena hospedarse aquí, es un edificio antiguo y muy caro.

Una triste experiencia
Pros:

La atención de la jefa de house keeping, muy amable para resolver los problemas, claro no todo estaba en sus manos, pero si no era por ella salía corriendo.

Cons:

No parece un hotel de la cadena san Agustín, es un hotel viejo, no le hacen mantenimiento, los baños están super descuidados, sus áreas comunes son antiguas, la vajilla está descuidada, desportillada. Realmente una experiencia muy triste para ser un hotel de esa categoría, realmente no regresaria ni lo recomendaría.

Pros:

The hotel has a very central location, in five minutes you are at Plaza San Martin, in 10-15 minutes at Plaza de Armas.
The staff is very friendly and speaks Spanish and English.
The rooms are very basic, but they serve their purpose.
