Espacioso pero para fiestieros!!
Pros:

La unicación y lo espacioso que era el apartamneto es lo mejor. Lo demás….

Cons:

Ubicado en el Palace Bar, una fiesta sin final, musica a tope!!! Si lo que quieres es ir a 100% fiesta y desenfreno, este es tu sitio. De lo contrario.. next!

Our stay was awesome we rebooked Saturday for 3x price.
Cons:

The location and environment was awesome. I wanted to let Host Mr Rob know what was not working and he responded immediately. The details was simple and helpful right down to the parking

I liked the location. I wanted as close to the Versace mansion as possible, without staying there.

Cons:

Inside the condo, I had to sweep immediately. I took my shoes off and felt like I was walking on the beach. The shower head had almost zero pressure so showering was more of a chore. The sunshades wouldn’t come down, so we got up with the sun everyday. (Not a problem, but more privacy would have been nice). The view stated was a little misleading, but yeah you can see water… The pool was open to the public. A homeless man stayed in stairwell at night.

It was loud, no elevator, unsafe area, smelled like raid bug spray, humid and warm in room, dim lights and broken door

The room was nice. It had everything we needed. View from the rooftop pool was great.
Pros:

Didn't know there was a breakfast. Location was good, but a little loud.

Cons:

Room temp was a little warm and the ceiling fan did not work.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The room exceeded expectations. It was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking: a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV with a set-top box, coffee and tea making facilities, dishes, a hairdryer, and an ironing board. It was also comfortable to relax on the sofa at the coffee table or at the round dining table in the evenings.

I didn’t stay I checked in and checked out
Pros:

The pool was the only thing to like about this place …….

Cons:

The room was smelly .. foist smell / patio doors did not have any locks what so ever, and the frame was bent from what looked like a break in 😬 staff wasn’t very help full at all. This place needs a full refurb from top to bottom. I would advise any body looking to stay at this apartment block to seriously look else were.. I have been going to Miami for the last 20yrs and never seen a place so loppy…..
