Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic variety of options to suit everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect — central, convenient, and in a great spot. Shuttle bus to Erciyes was great.

Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar. Direkt im Zentrum.
Parkplätze vorm Hotel vorhanden. Mitarbeiter fast alle nett. Hotel verfügt Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich im Zimmer, Armaturen im Bad sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Richtiges Licht fehlt in den Zimmern. Nur Nachtlampen und Seitenlicht am Bed.
Spabereich ist auch für externe Gäste zugänglich, das war definitiv enttäuschend.

Pros:

Месторасположение, завтрак не плох, номер большой.

Cons:

Отопление через общую систему кондиционирования, почти не грело хотя было холодно. Персоналу все равно на вас, если вы не покупаете допы. Выезжал рано утром, и просил их придти принять номер, никто не пришёл, забили на приёмку, спали дальше.

Pros:

Posizione in pieno centro. Camera ampia con vista favolosa sulla piazza, moschea e mura del castello. Vicinanza alla fermata del bus per raggiungere l’aeroporto.

Cons:

Inizia a essere un po’ datata.

Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption bräuchte evtl. mal eine Schulung wie man mit Gästen umgeht. Ist ein ernstgemeinter und netter Hinweis.
Das ist der erste Eindruck den man erhält und hat auf den restlichen Aufenthalt einen großen Einfluss.
