Pros:

Otelde neredeyse hergün konser oluyor ve çok sesli. Sesten uyuyamiyorsunuz. Her odamız sigara kokuyordu ve hiçbir şekilde temiz değildi.
Eski mobilyalar, heryer toz ve kokusunda yatilacak gibi değil.
Lavaboda heryer küf olmuş girilecek gibi degildi.

Die Unterkunft war so schlecht! Es hat überall nach Zigaretten gerochen und es war von alles Seiten maximal laut.
Die Zimmer sind so schlecht, stinken und überall ist Staub.
Das Badezimmer war voll mit Schimmel

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic variety of options to suit everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect — central, convenient, and in a great spot. Shuttle bus to Erciyes was great.

Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar. Direkt im Zentrum.
Parkplätze vorm Hotel vorhanden. Mitarbeiter fast alle nett. Hotel verfügt Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Teppich im Zimmer, Armaturen im Bad sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Richtiges Licht fehlt in den Zimmern. Nur Nachtlampen und Seitenlicht am Bed.
Spabereich ist auch für externe Gäste zugänglich, das war definitiv enttäuschend.

Pros:

Месторасположение, завтрак не плох, номер большой.

Cons:

Отопление через общую систему кондиционирования, почти не грело хотя было холодно. Персоналу все равно на вас, если вы не покупаете допы. Выезжал рано утром, и просил их придти принять номер, никто не пришёл, забили на приёмку, спали дальше.
