Sonnenschirme waren sehr wackelig, teils umgekippt. Rede von der Terrasse die im Schwimmbad Bereich liegt.

Not a 5 star hotel, don’t use the laundry service
Pros:

The hotel is ubicated at the centre of Kayseri.

There is a taxi stand and bus and tram stops right in front of the door.

Cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They do not offer a 5 star hotel service, or at least not at an international standard.

The place is completely run down and in need of a renovation.

The laundry service shrank most of our clothing, not only our daughter’s favourite dress, but also heavy cotton t-shirts.

Before our check in we were contacted by the hotel staff stating personal information of another guest and that they booked us a smoking room. This is not permissible as we were travelling with a small child (as stated when we booked). To compensate they offered us a room upgrade, but they just gave us the same room type as we booked. Not only that, the room they gave us smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. Only after complaining they gave us a real non-smoking room.

The gym is not open 24/7, as advertised, but from 09:00-23:00 (although they agreed to open the gym if needed after 23:00 after asking). They do not provide towels, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel gym. The gym staff do not speak English and the equipment is old, crummy, broken at places and/or repaired with some DYI method.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at the hotel.
Pros:

Very central to Kayseri Castle, mosque and bazaar. They were all within a few minutes walk.
Breakfast had a lot of variety and was excellent.

Cons:

The decor in our room was a little dated and I felt the furniture could have been arranged better.
