Das Hotel ist veraltet und daher ist sein Preis nicht wert...

Das Bad in unserem Zimmer hat von anfang nach Kanalisation gestunken. Wir haben es nach 2 Tagen reklamiert, aber ist nicht besser geworden, auch wenn ein Techniker die Röhre im Bad überprüft hat.

Cons:

Als veelreiziger met ervaring in luxe hotels biedt Wyndham Grand Kayseri een sterke locatie tegenover het centrum, kasteel en bazaar, dicht bij luchthaven en winkelcentrum. De ontvangst is vriendelijk, maar de lobby oogt gedateerd. De Executive Room is ruim en goed uitgerust, maar het interieur is een rommelige mix uit de jaren 2000, met slijtage en te weinig verlichting. De airco is beperkt instelbaar en de kamer rook licht naar oud rookwaar. De badkamer is compleet met goede voorzieningen, maar sommige elementen zijn versleten en de regendouche is deels verstopt. Door vroege vertrek geen ontbijt geprobeerd. Ondanks veroudering biedt het hotel een goede prijs‑kwaliteitverhouding, mede door locatie, netheid en service. Wel dringend toe aan renovatie; feitelijk geen volwaardige vijfsterrennorm meer.

Pros:

Отель находится прямо в центре города. Большой бассейн и тренажёрный зал открыты с 8 до 23. За углом крупный супермаркет, работает до 21. Рядом с отелем остановка, откуда идёт автобус до автостанции (мы уезжали в Гёреме). Расположение прекрасное. Завтрак не пробовали, не могу ничего сказать. Номера стандартные, вполне приличные.

Cons:

Общего освещения в номерах нет, только от стоячих торшеров.
