Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Große, bestens eingerichtete Zimmer mit einem sehr großzügigen Bad. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, mit sehr guter Quailtät.
Das Rezeptionspersonal spricht überwiegend besser englisch als deutsch. Bei der Ankunft baten uns zwei wechselnde Rezeptionsmitarbeiter besser englisch mit ihnen zu sprechen als deutsch. Ähnlich war es beim Auschecken mit einer Mitarbeiterin. Innsbruck als (vielleicht) internationale Stadt in einem deutschsprachigen Land sollte auch entsprechendes deutschsprechendes Personal haben. In allen internationalen Hotels in Wien, Berlin oder Hamburg sprechen die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter die Gäste zuerst in deutsch an und wechseln auf Wunsch des Gastes in englisch o.a.

Śniadanie było przepyszne i bardzo miłe panie obsługujące. Piękny widok z pokoju na góry. Bardzo blisko do centrum miasta. Ogólnie byliśmy zadowoleni. Super salka fitness.
Zwróciłabym uwagę na opis odnośnie depozytu. Na booking.com widniała informacja o depozycie w wysokości 50 euro. Przy recepcji podano mi kwotę 200 euro. Uważam, że te informacje powinnny być spójne.
