Location
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay. The staff were neither friendly nor supportive, which immediately set a negative tone.
The room conditions were unacceptable:
• The towels were stained, smelly, and clearly not clean.
• The air conditioning did not work at all. Despite reporting the issue four times, assistance was delayed by over an hour. When a technician finally arrived, he insisted the unit was functioning, even though the room was noticeably warmer than the terrace. I had to physically demonstrate the difference to prove my point.
• The air conditioning fan itself was not working—there was no airflow or sound coming from it.
This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and far below the standards I expected. I feel let down by both the service and the lack of care shown in addressing my concerns.
