Pros:

Friendly staff
Good location

Cons:

Not clean - we found other people's hair on the bed sheet on our first day there
Dangerous bathtub - the bathtub was quite high without anything to hold and was quite slippery
Lack of hangings in the bathroom - nowhere to hang the towels or clothes at all.

Perfekt til en byferie i Innsbruch
Pros:

Hotellet perfekt placeret, både i forhold til banegården og til alle seværdigheder i den gamle bydel. Smuk udsigt over byen. Super serviceminded personale og en dejlig både afslappet og rolig atmosfære.
