Hope never come back. This is a good hotel only for 1 night with late check in and NO contact with the reception.
Pros:

Good (not excellent) location, modern and clean rooms, good breakfast. Very nice lady working at the hotel restraunt.

Cons:

Very bad work of the people at reception.
Zero efforts for help.
If you speak German, you’re welcome, if not, you’re even not noticed.

Pros:

Otelin konumu gayet merkezi sekiz yaşında kızımızla merkeze yürüyerek çok rahatça gidip gelebildik. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Sadece odada terlik yoktu ama tedbirli olduğumuz için çok önemli bir eksik değil bizim için. Kahvaltısı özellikle biz Türkler için çok iyi, demleme çay var:) çeşit gayet yeterliydi, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Pros:

Good location, its possible to park outside maybe. They have paid parking, reception was good and it was clean.

Cons:

Rooms are really small, maybe 4x4m (deluxe room). Toilet is with glass sliding doors (non transperent), which is not ideal in terms of privacy.

tolles Hotel mit zentraler Lage !
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann direkt vom Hotel aus ins Zentrum laufen. Es sind keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel von Nöten !
Wir hatten kein Frühstück, fussläufig sind viele gute Kaffeehäuser erreichbar.

Cons:

-- es war aus unserer Sicht alles bestens, wenn man etwas kritisieren kann, dann die Fassade, die sehr alt ist.
Innen aber alles Top !

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

L'hotel è vicino alle stazioni della metropolitana Rathaus e Volkstheater, vicino a bellissimi musei, mentre il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di mezz'ora. Di fronte c'è un supermercato molto ben fornito per ogni necessità. Il personale molto gentile. Il ristorante con prezzi adeguati.

Cons:

La stanza era molto calda, comunque si possono aprire le finestre.

Konumu, temizliği çalışanların ilgisi ve kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi

Cons:

Odamız öğlen itibariyle tüm gün güneş aldığından çok sıcaktı ancak klima soğuk üflemiyordu sadece sıcak ayarı çalışıyordu bu nedenle gece uyumak bira zor oldu.

Great hotel that is also good value in convenient location
Pros:
