Disappointed with AC, staff and overall quality of the hotel

Location is great

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work properly (to what the hotel staff said “there nothing we can do”). Staff was overall not prepared to support guests. Facilities were quite outdated, feeling old. The hotel smells poorly, with a strong vinegar scent in halls and room. For the same price, there are multiple other very good hotels nearby that I’d choose over this.

Cons:

L’odeur au bar et dans le hall d’entrée ainsi que les escaliers au niveau de l’entrée de l’hôtel, ce n’est pas top avec les bagages.

Struttura datata ma tenuta molto bene, camere ordinate pulite e confortevoli, la colazione offre un ampia scelta con prodotti di ottima qualità, staff gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione vicina al centro città e comoda ai mezzi pubblici.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. They even provided tap water in a dirty bottle, which was unacceptable and raised concerns about hygiene. The towels looked old, worn out, and did not feel clean. The interior was poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the price. Considering the amount paid, the overall experience was not worth it at all. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή!!! Είναι κοντά στο κέντρο, έχει
εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, η καθαριότητα άψογη . Το κτήριο άριστο κι όλα λειτουργούν τελεια!!!
Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό
διέθετε τα πάντα!!

Όμορφη διαμονή ❗️

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικό σημείο της Βιεννης… καθαρό και άνετο το δωμάτιο εμβαδού 25 τμ. Καλό πρωινό και καθαρό!! Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο για τα πάντα!! Θα το επέλεγα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στη Βιέννη!!

Cons:

Το μόνο που έχω να πω ότι για το ίδιο δωμάτιο για 3 νύχτες εγώ πλήρωσα 700 ευρώ , ενώ η αδερφή μου που ταξιδεύαμε μαζί πλήρωσε 500 ευρώ !!! Το θεωρώ άδικο ‼️ Να σημειωθεί ότι οι κρατήσεις έγιναν μέσω Booking.-

Pros:

Ottima la posizione per visitare la città. Camere pulite e silenziose. Personale molto cordiale. Assolutamente consigliato

Cons:

Evitare il servizio taxi tramite hotel. La corsa 65€ quando con Uber spendi un 35/40%in meno (dall’hotel all’aeroporto abbiamo pagato 31€)
