Pros:

The location allows easy walking into historic Vienna. The taxi service is prompt. The property is very attractive. Reception staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

One elevator, gets used at check in / out times . Otherwise is in v good operational status.

Pros:

Wir haben am morgen ein Zimmer für zwei Nächte reserviert, und konnten dieses nach unserer Ankunft am Vormittag direkt beziehen.
Sehr freundliches Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück. Auf Wünsche wurde direkt reagiert. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Lage hinter dem Parlament und direkt an der Josefstädter Straße, mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, war Ideal.

Look past the exterior for a great city centre stay
Pros:

Great location next Parliament and Rathaus, U-Bahn and trams nearby. Stylish modern themed design internally. Nice calm interior and courtyard/bar/chillout space. Most rooms follow original sanitorium design so very quiet. Good value

Somewhat grim and austere street elevation
