Belle hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Très bien situé, l'hôtel fournit de belles chambres avec vue sur le lac. En plus d'une piscine et un sauna (le hammam était en panne) il y a un spa fournissant de massage très agréable.

THE HOTEL IS GOOD , LOCATION IS EXCELLENT IN FRONT OF THE LAKE,

LOCATION IS THE BEST. ROOM WAS OK BUT ALSO HEATING IS NOT OPTIMAL
SERVICE DESERVES SOME IMPROVEMENT AND SPECIALLY REQUIERES MORE TRAINING OF THE STAFF RELATED TO ROOMS SERVICES , AND ALSO ON THE BREAKFAST AREA. IT MEANS MORE KINDNESS AND ATTENTION THE CUSTOMER NEEDS NOT ALWAYS SOLVED.
LOBBY AMBIENCE IS NOT NICE DUE TO LACK OF HEATING , SO THE SENSATION IS TOO COLD
SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION WAS EXCELLENT

Pros:

hotel stupendo. posizione top. La camera forse era un pò più semplice rispetto alle altre del nostro viaggio, ma comunque spaziosa, accogliente, lenzuola e materassi pulitissimi e comodissimi. Attrezzata benissimo per i bambini. Uno dei pochi alberghi dove il personale parla inglese.
Hotel bellissimo anche nelle zone comuni, la lobby, il cortile interno, ascensore di vetro.
Non ho provato i ristoranti ma mi sembra che ce ne fossero diversi.
Non ho fatto colazione perché era molto costosa.
Ma la cosa più soprendente, la spa, esperienza unica e non solo per la altissima qualità del personale. Non voglio rovinarvi la sorpresa ma in tutti questi viaggi in Asia, di tutti i massaggi provati, questa è davvero unica proprio per come è strutturata e per i servizi extra inclusi. Da provare!!!

Cons:

forse il prezzo della colazione. Sicuramente sarà una splendida colazione, ma in 3 persone noi abbiamo preferito rivolgerci fuori

Excellent value for money and the waterfall show every evening gives it some unique character.
Pros:

Excellent room was clean and the location is in really pretty area especially in the evening.

Cons:

The staff although friendly were a little impersonal but probably due to their limited English. Food in the hotel was limited and their restaurant was not busy. There were however many eating options in the near vicinity.

V Guilinu naše volba číslo jedna.
Pros:

Z pohledu turisty má tento hotel tu nejlepší možnou polohu ve městě. Hned u Shanhu Lake, na kterém je Sun Pagoda a Moon Pagoda. U hotelu začíná peší zóna (Zhengyang Pedestrian Street) se spoustou obchůdků a restaurací. Domluva na recepci hotelu v angličtině je bez problémů. Pokoje jsou velmi čisté. Snídaně je hodně v čínském stylu, ale i jako Evropani jsme se dokázali nasytit. Pokud ještě pojedu do Guilinu, tak určitě opět do tohoto hotelu. Doporučuji vybrat si pokoj s výhledem ven z hotelu, ne do atria.

הדבר הכי חשוב בבית מלון לדעתי הוא השירותיות של צוות הקבלה והרצון לעזור למתארחים.
ניגשנו לקבלה וביקשנו עזרה בהזמנת כרטיסים לרכבת ולתדהמתי נענתי בשלילה ושום רצון לעזרה מפקידת הקבלה,בעוד שאנחנו שוהים בסין כ24 ימים ובכל מלון ששיהינו בו הצוות עזר לנו להזמין כל מה שהיינו צריכים.
לצערי נתקלתי בעובדת מאוד לא שירותית.

Good rooms and location but poor breakfast
Pros:

Positives - a great location. Next to the main tourist/shopping area. Acceptable size of bedroom and bathroom. Everything clean.
Negatives - few western dishes for breakfast, no spoons, utensils seemed to run out and the items seemed to laid out in a haphazard manner, pity it tainted out stay
However, their waterfall name is definitely worth experiencing because you cannot understand why it was so designed ?

Pros:

Located next to Sun and Moon pagodas and shopping area. Nice waterfall show on the other side of the building.

Cons:

No shelf or hooks in the shower. No outlet for the hair dryer (shaver only), uncomfortable beds and room lights not easy to figure out.

הנוף מהמלון יפה. יש פרטיות במקלחת ובשירותים.

Cons:

הצוות לא ידע אנגלית. רצינו להזמין אוכל בשירות חדרים ולא הצלחנו. המזרון היה הפוך עד הלילה האחרון שלנו (שכבת הנוחות הייתה בתחתית)
