Fine rom, komfortable senger, god beliggenhet, og hjelpsomt personale. Verdt pengene.
Pros:

Meget fint hotell. Fikk oppgradert rom i 22.etasje med utsikt mot Auckland tårnet. Meget fin leilighet, med godt utstyrt kjøkken, og vaskemaskin/tørketrommel som funket fint. Komfortable senger. God beliggenhet.
Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Praktisk med valet parking.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and spacious and well situated on queen street.

Cons:

Only downside is lack of parking other than valet although I understand it’s difficult in the middle of the city.

Très confortable pour une nuit en centre ville.
Pros:

Sa position centrale de la ville, tout est accessible à pied, la sky tower, les arcades et l'ensemble des restaurants. Ce logement nous a convenu pour la nuit avant notre départ. Très confortable et propre.

Cons:

La difficulté de trouver l'entrée de l'hotel pour y garer la voiture. Une ruelle sombre en sens unique. Dommage.

Séjour agréable, belles prestations
Pros:

Bon accueil, bel appartement très bien situé, et très bien équipé. Parfait pour une famille. La chambre était prête plus tôt que prévue, le personnel était agréable et très discret.

Cons:

Petit couac pour le départ, nous avions expressément demandé à la Réception qu'on nous booke un taxi assez grand pour nos 4 valises, à une heure précise. Non seulement le taxi était en retard, mais n'était pas de la taille suffisante, nous avons fini par prendre un Uber.
Ce loupé nous a fait arriver plus tard que prévu, et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le rush du check in, avec une longue file d'attente, que nous voulions éviter car nous avions prévu de flâner dans l'aéroport. Au lieu de ça, nous avons eu à peine 20 minutes pour faire tous nos achats et vite embarquer.
