This hotel is currently under renovation, and there was no breakfast available during my stay. For a 5-star hotel, this is far below what I expected.

There is also no proper reception or customer support, and the overall experience does not reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. Considering the price charged, I expected much better service and amenities. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money.

An amazing place to stay for those want a quiet getaway close to everything.
Pros:

The room was amazing, on the 24th floor with a great view. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any requests and questions. The valet parking, was excellent, it only took a few minutes each time for our car to be ready for us. The location could not have been better, we were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
