A comfortable stay - will return
Pros:

Staff - thank you Shruti, Abhi and Valerie (apologies to the others I didn’t get a name from) were polite, patient and proactive (eg issue with water availability in the rooms and they kept me updated and suggested how to test for water quality before consuming) with my enquiries and requests.

Location - in the city centre, close to supermarket, transportation, F&B options, the theatre…

Cons:

The establishment is rather dated / ‘tired’ but it’s clean.

Do check with front desk if you’ve requested for a room cleaning (usual cleaning is done between 2-4pm but a morning clean can be requested), that it’s noted by the housekeeping crew too (eg despite having the Please Clean room door tag hanging on the door handle since the morning, nothing was effected by 4.30pm but Shruti 🙏🏻 swiftly dealt with it).

Great location, comfy bed and excellent staff. The best place to stay in Auckland city. Thank you to the staff who treated my daughter with such kindness and care.

A good 3 nights stay.
Pros:

The location is very good and just 2 minutes walk to Queen street where the shops are located. Food, restaurants, cafe, convenient stores, grocery are all nearby. Also within walking distance to the Skycity terminal where the bus from & to the airport stops. Can also walk to the Viaduct Harbour and Silo Park.

Cons:

The room are a little tight, and also it would be great if have a microwave oven to heat up good.

The accommodations are generously proportioned, and our three-bedroom apartment provided ample private space with three separate bathrooms for each of the three couples. The housekeeping staff maintained our rooms to an impeccable standard of cleanliness and tidiness. Furthermore, the front desk personnel were consistently helpful and responsive to our inquiries.

Cons:

During our recent visit, we encountered occasional difficulties with the hot water system, which we understand were due to issues with the electrical supply. This inconsistency caused a notable degree of inconvenience.
