Pros:

The staff were amazing, helped us to have both rooms on the same floor, very friendly and professional. The double room was huge, plenty of space for 4 adults. The hotel location is very central, easy to get to the harbour and everything in Auckland.

Pros:

Very comfortable and well maintained apartment. I got a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment from a studio. This is a modern, smart hotel with easy parking and right in the heart of things

Cons:

Shower pressure was not great.

Good location - use Queen Street entrance
Pros:

Friendly staff, handy location on Queen Street. Heated towel rail in bathroom was handy to dry laundry!

Cons:

When using the Queen Street entrance everything was fine, from the side entrance the area around the hotel is a bit run down and sad. Not having anywhere to get a drink and relax in the hotel, people using the couches to sleep, presumably after checking out.

Great location. Good value. Very easy check in and check out process

Cons:

Black dots on air con vents… not sure if mould but looked suspicious. Had a locked door in the room which we could hear the neighbours through.

Le service se dégrade d'année en année, surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal.

Cons:

Peu d'équipements pour cuisiner et pour la salle de bain (accessoires de bains). Il faut demander des compléments à chaque fois. Machine à laver la vaisselle en panne. Réclamations faites pour le ménage qui n'était pas bien fait (pas de passage de l'aspirateur).

Pros:

広々としたお部屋、整った設備、立地、なにをとっても最高でした。調味料は持参する必要がありますが、洗濯洗剤などは揃っています。

Cons:

ベッドがやや柔らかく感じました。好みの問題かもしれません。あと包丁が切りづらかった。大きな問題ではありません。
