A perfect location, particularly for a couple in their 1 bedroom apartment
Pros:

The location was perfect - easily walkable to the ferry pier, to the Sky Tower, etc. Many restaurants, fancy and hole-in-the-wall, were within a block or two. The 1 bedroom apartment in particular was great with a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, and even a stove. Could easily stay there for a week or more.

Cons:

There were no apparent laundry facilities for the ordinary hotel rooms, just for the apartments.

Pros:

Best customer service! I made mistake with booking but the front desk really went extra miles to help resolve the issue. Good size apartment, comfortable bed, really good pool!

Cons:

The location is a but tricky to get there, but not too bad

We had a wonderful room in a high floor with a great view including the needle
Pros:

Easy walk to the water and ferries and to good restaurants. It was so helpful to be able to do our laundry. All was really clean and well maintained.

Comfortable for 2 couples with your own space
Pros:

Roomy, clean, comfortable beds. Good kitchen. Reasonable view.

Cons:

A/C was difficult to control...2 br apt was cold in areas and too hot elsewhere? Shower was impractical...water everywhere with steps in and out. Water pressure was good though. Most appliance manuals weren't correct...took awhile to figure out the oven.
