Staff were great, location was great. Valet parking was convenient.

Valet parked my car at the hotel, discovered that the cash I placed in the central compartment was gone when I collect the car.

Poor handling of an issue relating to guest.
Pros:

The manager responded to a mental health crisis in the worst possible way. Very disappointing.

Cons:

The handling of a mental health crisis was extremely disappointing. The hotel had 5weeks at the retail rate paid and could have handled things with more empathy.

Disappointing
Pros:

There is an email from staff saying it was a pleasure to host my daughter, then she had a mental health crisis and was treated very poorly.

Cons:

Staff handling during and after a crisis. When a package was sent to the hotel, the staff were very rude and refused to hand over the package. Not professional in their handling of a genuine crisis.

Pros:

ロケーション、中心街にありどこに行くのにも便利だった。部屋からの眺めもスカイタワーなどの夜景も楽しめた。また部屋も広く快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

セルフランドリーがなかったことが残念だった。デポジット$200はキャッシュでと案内には書いてあった為ATMで現金を用意して行ったが結局カードで良かった。
