Le personnel est exceptionnel à l’exception de 2 réceptionnistes qui n’était pas accueillante et surtout qui ne nous aider pas du tout par contre le reste du personnel même ceux de nuit et la maintenance parfait ! MERCI !!
Very comfortable and well appointed. The location is convenient and having the double entrance is handy. Pleasant and well trained staff there.
It was pricey but also I stayed during the peak holiday season. But the quality matched the price.

Beautiful and functional apartment- everything we needed was there, including washing machine and dryer which we did not use. Amazing view from room 2409.
Nothing. When traveling by car to locate the hotel we had difficulty finding it with a number of one way and narrow streets and ended up parking at a nearby lot to check in at the hotel and then return our car to the airport before enjoying a 2 night stay.

Appartement deux chambres incroyable. Cuisine et salle à manger fonctionnelle. La machine à laver et le sèche linge dans la chambre est un gros avantage. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et nous ont beaucoup aider lorsque nous en savons eu besoin. Lits très confortables et l’emplacement est parfait

Easy walk from ferry terminal. Friendly staff. No trouble to store our bags until check in and took them to our room for us. Great size apartment to relax and unwind after a busy day sightseeing.

Location on Queen Street is ideal for city shopping and harbour activities and restaurants.
Room on level 2 facing the laneway was noisy with early traffic. Would be better on a higher level
We received a free upgrade to a suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The toiletries provided were lovely. The best thing about this hotel is the location - centre of Auckland city, 10 mins from the harbour!
Having arrived early for check in which was 3pm . We got into our room at 2.30p. Very much appreciated. Thanks
