*Excellent Location with a Fantastic Outdoor Spa Experience at Night
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that there were mosquitoes in the room, they kindly bought us an anti-itch cream, which we really appreciated.

One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the outdoor spa, which was a unique and memorable experience. The location was also excellent—we were able to walk everywhere and felt comfortable exploring the area at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the soundproofing could have been better, as we could hear guests in the next room cheering while watching sports before 10 p.m. We also noticed the smell of food from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor coming into our room at times. Aside from these minor issues, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

We stayed in the 2 bedroom executive suite and the amount of space we had was amazing! A family of 5 and had more than enough room. The beds were big and super comfortable.

Cons:

Was a little confused as Google maps took us around in circles and we ended up in another part of the hotel. Tower 2 while waiting for someone at the reception but no one was there. Apart from that we ended up finding the main reception up the next street and the staff were amazing!
Needed more cookware though, had no oven tray so could not cook in the oven.

Beautiful rooftop pool and spa. Big rooms a little dated but great value for money

Everything was great, bed nice pillows not good BUT Everything else was excellent
