Pros:

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα και απολαμβάνεις το μοναδικό ηλιοβασίλεμα. Το καλύτερο σημείο που θα μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε. Πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα το υπέροχο προσωπικό, πάντα χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Μας βοήθησαν σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

Excellent! Strong recommendation.
Pros:

Beautiful caldera location, easily accessible by car/transport, very well maintained, picturesque!

Cons:

One suggested improvement would be lighting the steps in and around the property better as a safety improvement. At night they can be difficult to navigate.

Pros:

Great location, amazing views, the room was quite big, bigger than expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay, a special thanks to Julia - the amazing girl who welcomed us at the reception.

Cons:

Just one little thing - the plunge pool was a bit dirty, there was some sand in it.

I loved the stay greatly. Julia at reception was very helpful
Pros:

Julia at reception was awesome - she booked great places at the restaurants, helped us with car rentals and did her best to make our stay perfect. Strongly recommend!

Cons:

One day the big pool in front of our room was booked for a private event - wedding. It spoiled the stay a bit, but in general I can't say anything bad about the hotel.
