Cons:

Malaise lors de nos petits déjeuners car le personel ne répondaient pas toujours à nos demande on a attendu 15 min pr avoir du pain et les boissons chaudes non servies en même temps que les plats. On était très gêné de redemander quelque chose ambiance glaciale

Stunning views, amazing staff, limited facilities and the hotel is in need of more care and maintenance.
Pros:

The best things about Robacella are the incredibly friendly and helpful staff (big thank you to Christianna and Nick) - and the stunning views. The hotel is in a great location with an amazing view of the caldera.

Cons:

I experienced issues with cleanliness, hot water not consistently working and the hotel is need of general repairs (light fittings falling off of the wall, cupboard panels broken, holes in curtains, broken plunge pool panels etc).

Much more attention to detail is needed to make this a real 4 star experience and to ensure the environment truly reflects the website and promotional video/photos. Not having complimentary daily water was surprising to me, no mini bar price list (I had to ask for this) and so many elements of the hotel being run down. You should also carefully check your dates before booking. If you’re coming during the ‘winter period’ there is no bar, restaurant or reception available after 4pm (even though the T&Cs on Booking.com shows 5pm), which means you cannot have dinner in the restaurant or a drink in the evening. There was also no room service and I was unable to have lunch sent to my room. Guests booking during this period should be actively told (not just assume they’ll read the small print on their website/booking provider) about this information and confirmation should be sought that they understand the limited operation before coming. I overheard other guests expressing the same disappointment when hearing about the reduced services.

Alles Top, in April ist es noch kälter zu swimmen, daher konnte ich nicht im pool schwimmen, aber ansonsten alles tiptop

Alles Aussicht tolle sonnenuntergang aussicht und sehr schöne Hotel zimmer, modern gestaltet

Das der Pool nicht neben dem Zimmer oder in Balkon von Zimmer war, sonst alles super😊

Magique, magnifique et inoubliable sejour

Le staff etait genial, j’etais venu pour ma demande en mariage et ils m’ont accompagné jusqu’au bout, merci pour leur gentillesse et surtout a la fille blonde qui est a la reception et qui fait son metier avec passion qui nous a montré l’hôtel et nous a proposé les services a nos besoins

Great stay in a lovely hotel and spa in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Beautiful room La Noce de Figaro with amazing views across the Caldera. Really helpful and pleasant staff. Great breakfast.

Cons:

As the season has not yet started the pools could not be used but this was not an issue as we were made aware of it beforehand.

Beautiful views, amazing staff. Very attentive and with great recommendations for food and places to visit
Pros:

The property is extremely well situated between Fira and Oia. We had an amazing Sunset view from our terrace and were able to walk to the two towns easily .

Cons:

We were there on the off season but were lucky enough to have one of the pool available. We would have love to try the restaurants but will need to come back on the peak season.

amazing personell, wonderful location. beautiful room and hotel overall. great food in the restaurant too.

Cons:

unfortunately it was early in the season so not all facilities were yet operating. the water in my balcony plunge pool was not clean :(

Amazing stay, amazing view!
Pros:

An incredible view and the most amazing staff. Everything was really lovely and we loved our stay. Not all the rooms were booked so they upgraded our room which i thought was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here. There's a lovely hike both to Fira and Oia which is a big plus.

Cons:

All the hot tubs were cold because it's April, and only one pool was open and it was too cold to use. Just a good thing to know about if you're travelling in April.
