יש במלון 3 בריכות שונות עם נוף שמשתנה בינהן וגקוגי בחדר אז מרגישים פרטיות. החדר היה נקי ומרווח.

Pros:

Struttura semplicemente stupenda, con una vista sulla caldera pazzesca che rende il soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. Le tre piscine sono tutte meravigliose e curate, e i servizi sono impeccabili: cibo e bevande sono disponibili durante tutta la giornata e, soprattutto, sono di ottima qualità.

La colazione è buona, varia e molto fornita. Si percepisce grande attenzione verso gli ospiti, con tantissime piccole coccole che fanno davvero la differenza.

Ma il vero punto di forza è il personale: super gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente, capace di farti sentire accolto e coccolato in ogni momento. Ci hanno consigliato dove andare e cosa vedere, aiutandoci anche con l’organizzazione degli spostamenti e chiamandoci i taxi sia per l’andata che per il ritorno. Un servizio davvero attento e premuroso, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Cristiana, che è stata davvero fantastica e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. ❤️

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che ci è piaciuto meno riguarda la camera: non era particolarmente grande e, soprattutto, risultava poco luminosa. La presenza di una sola piccola finestra non riusciva a illuminare adeguatamente tutto lo spazio.

L’altra piccola pecca, secondo noi, è stata la pulizia della piscina privata della nostra camera. Non ci è sembrata particolarmente curata e anche i cuscini della zona esterna apparivano un po’ sporchi e impolverati.

Per il resto, la struttura è in una posizione panoramica semplicemente bellissima, con una vista davvero spettacolare.
