wonderful stay in a very comfortable hotel, that offers excellent value for money
Pros:

buffet meals; staff; vibe realxed - value for money - view of the slopes

Cons:

bedroom doors could be a little thicker - noise travel very easily through them

Del primer día que emos llegado la baniera estaba el desagüe tapado y le pedí varias veces qué lo desastaque y nada la baniera también con óxido

The staywas okay we would use the hotel again
Pros:

The location was very good. You should offer free parking for residence. I’m not charge.
The mini bar could be a little bit better we went home one day early and you still charged us for the day

L’emplacement parfait très près des pistes. Hôtel confortable.
Buffet très bien. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Personnel accueil efficace et très sympathique.

Brilliant hotel for location, food, drink and staff, but leave your car at home.
Pros:

The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, especially for a ski resort. The restaurant was excellent and the quality and variety of food on offer was really superb. The bar was nice and comfortable and drinks were good quality and good value, especially considering this is a four star hotel in a ski resort. The staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Finally the location just a few minutes walk from the slopes was perfect with other bars and shops just a short walk away.

Cons:

The spa was very small, incredibly warm (the sauna was only a little bit hotter than the rest of the facility!) and only open very limited hours. We took a day off skiing and would have liked to be able to use the spa during the daytime, but it didn't open until 4pm and the first two hours were for families. We booked at 6pm and there were still two under 18's there at the same time despite it supposedly being for adults only at this time. Given that the spa is not staffed when it is open it mystified us as to why it couldn't be open for a longer period of the day.

The car park is also very small and difficult to negotiate and yet comes ate a very high price of €24 per day. as there was quite a lot of snow around and alternative parking also seemed expensive, we paid this, but it was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel.

Pros:

Very nice location and the staff was super friendly! Great access to the slopes and all and all great experience to stay on Grand Pas.

Cons:

I guess the heating on our room was not very strong, it was not cold whatsoever, but definitely i would want it a little stronger sometimes (even on the max setting)

Cons:

No me gustó que para ser un hotel 4 estrellas carecías de detalles confort! Ejemplo no había albornoz en las habitaciones! Y que el check out era a las 11.. cuando por lo general son a las 14
