Very nice location and the staff was super friendly! Great access to the slopes and all and all great experience to stay on Grand Pas.
I guess the heating on our room was not very strong, it was not cold whatsoever, but definitely i would want it a little stronger sometimes (even on the max setting)

No me gustó que para ser un hotel 4 estrellas carecías de detalles confort! Ejemplo no había albornoz en las habitaciones! Y que el check out era a las 11.. cuando por lo general son a las 14
En grneral los desayunos y las cenas son bastante repetitivas y con poca variacion.

L’emplacement de l hôtel: très très bien situé
najbardziej podobało mi się położenie hotelu względem stoku narciarskiego i wyciągu, nie wiem czy z narciarni do stoku jest więcej niż 150m, można dojść spokojnie i bezpiecznie z sprzętem i w butach narciarskich. Lokalizacja spokojna bez bezpośredniej styczności z głośnymi barami lub restauracjami. Z głównego miejsca gdzie dojeżdżają autobusy do hotelu z ciężkim plecakiem i sprzętem narciarskim wolnym krokiem jakieś 20min niestety pod górę ale przecież jesteśmy w górach.
Gastronomia w hotelu znakomita, śniadania bardzo bogate, konkretne i obfite, kolacja nie do przerobienia przez zwykłego człowieka w sumie 3 klasy lepiej niż w Austrii a cenowo na poziomie PL. Dla turystów opuszczających hotel przed śniadaniem przygotowują także lunch pakiet a to miłe. Jak na potrzeby narciarskiego turysty miejsce i oferta jest ponadprzeciętnie dobra i bez zadęcia. Obsługa hotelowa jak dla mnie znakomita i wydaje mi się, że również zadowolona bowiem byłem tam dwa razy z rzędu w styczniu 2025 i 2026 i ciągle są tam na miejscu ci sami ludzie a to coś znaczy. Po moim już tam drugim pobycie i rozpoznaniu okolicy mogę stwierdzić, że dla narciaż to jedna z najlepszych lokalizacji w Pas de la Cassa.
osobiści nic naprawdę konkretnego nie przychodzi mi do głowy, Niektórym może się nie podobać wanna zamiast prysznica ale to już indywidualne preferencja. Jak na moje potrzeby kolacja jest zbyt późno o 1900 no ale cóż tak na ogół jest we Włoszech, Hiszpanii, Portugalii

Really nice room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good food, plenty of options to cater for all and different options each night. The hotel is very close to the slopes, access to the slopes and chair lift is a short walk.
We had an issue with the one of the 2 rooms not being what we booked (booking.com fault not the hotel) the hotel were fantastic, looked into it straight away, immediate apology, no arguments, complimentary drinks, free access to the spa for our whole stay, monetary compensation (refunded the difference in room cost straight away) from the hotel and dealt with booking.com direct for us. We received the hotel compensation in 3 days, booking.com took 2 weeks to process the refund that they promised and I had to chase it up twice after I got home.
There's a very small communal changing area for the spa, one bench and half a dozen coat hooks, but no access to the lockers. They provide towels but no dressing gowns, so if you change in your room it's either wrap a towel round you or take a bag down to put your shoes, clothes and room key etc in. You then either leave your things in that changing area if theres a hook free or put them on a bench in the spa area. Access to the lockers that are already there would be a simple solution.
The hotel is situated almost at the top of town, fantastic for access to the slopes but be aware the bus drops you at the very bottom of the town and you have a 15 minute walk uphill all the way, not easy when you're dragging a 20kg+ suitcase and carrying a ski bag in the snow!
