We had such a wonderful stay. Everything was truly great !
The views were absolutely beautiful, the staff were kind and professional, and we felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We really enjoyed our stay

We visited in summer for two nights having booked a standard room; it was a pleasant surprise to then be allocated a Mountain View room and this was lovely. Communal areas were also clean and modern.

We messaged to reserve parking in advance and this was great. It’s up high outside of canillo but we loved it for the views and it’s a five minute drive if you want to go down.

The room was clean, exceptionally comfortable (especially the bed) and with a kettle and some coffee/tea although no milk/creamer was supplied.

The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was really excellent! A full and wide variety of really quality hot and cold food and drinks including cava! Thoroughly enjoyed and was to an excellent standard.

The Irish bar has potential to be a fantastic location but unfortunately it was let down by staffing; we visited for drinks and food both nights but at around 5-6pm there was one lone bar tender who just couldn’t keep up and everything was delayed and delayed. That being said when the food came it was really good, but was really let down by the pressures on the staffing. It seems more staff come on in the evening but mid afternoon it really lets it down and it’s a great outside area which means it’s a shame when it’s not able to be enjoyed.

Overall value wise though this place is outstanding us having paid £130 for two nights b and b.

Would highly recommend on this basis.

Very welcoming hotel in a stunning elevated location. Very welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, nice rooms, fun filled Irish bar. Evening buffet was excellent as was the breakfast. Nothing negative to say.

The heart of this hotel is undoubtedly its people. The reception team is fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with every request we had.

A massive shout-out to Martin and the team at the Irish Bar; they are absolutely brilliant and create such an inviting atmosphere for a post-slope drink. In the dining room, Ricky and the restaurant team provided exceptional service. Whether it was the hearty breakfasts to fuel our day or the delicious dinners, the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff were top-tier.

The Spa: The spa is simply amazing. We visited every single day of our stay and found it to be incredibly peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect sanctuary to unwind.

Value for Money: For those visiting from the UK, the drinks prices are a very pleasant surprise—highly reasonable compared to what we’re used to back home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Roc Meler. From our arrival to departure we felt looked after by the staff, despite being between seasons we had access to all the facilities (with exception of the restaurant) and were happy with all aspects. Being located in a quieter valley means that there is less ambient noise, and also provides for more tranquil stay.
We were lucky enough have a room with a view of the valley of Canillo, and the room was nicely appointed. We visited the gym/spa, which was also very pleasant, featuring a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna it is worth the extra cost for the relaxation. The gym is also well appointed for the small room that is occupies.
During our stay we visited and had dinner at the on-site irish bar, which was pleasant enough. The service was good and the food was typical bar fare, although quite fatty. We enjoyed the pool table there as well, which makes you spend additional time in the bar. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, we particularly enjoyed the omlette station.
There was nothing significant to complain about from our stay, we would certain stay again if we return to Andorra.

Tudo perfeito. Limpeza, atendimento, estrutura, alimentação. Ia ficar só 3 dias mas acabei reservando mais 2 dias de tanto que gostamos.

Everything was perfect. But if you are travelling with children, notice that with children spa is open very limited time. This hotel is perfect if you travel without children.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Beim Abendessen gab es leider Abzüge: Die meisten Speisen waren nur lauwarm. Möglicherweise lag das an der Nebensaison und der Tatsache, dass wir unter der Woche dort waren – dennoch hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Qualität erwartet.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen beim kulinarischen Teil.

This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise.

Estamos encantados con el servicio recibido. Todo el personal del hotel, y sobre todos los chicos de la recepción, han estado muy amables y atentos. La comida del buffet riquísima y el pub irlandés muy bonito y con juegos para todas las edades.
