Desde ahora, nuestro hotel en La Massana
Pros:

El personal, muy amable. La cama estaba tan perfectamente hecha que llamaba la atención. El colchón y la almohada, muy cómodos, el desayuno variado y hasta los huevos fritos los preparaban delante tuyo. Pero destacar sobre todo la limpieza en la habitación: cómo ejemplo el tapón del lavabo, en su parte interior, estaba brillante. Un hotel fantástico y que sin duda repetiremos.

La magie n’a pas opéré.

Le petit déjeuner assez complet

Cons:

Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme mais en les enfants en bas âge de la chambre en face de la mienne et une climatisation qui fait un bruit d’enfer difficile de dormir dans l’hôtel.
Le personnel qui ne parle pas un mot de français

Que me obligan a ir en chanclas a la piscina, se me olvidaron y me cobraron por unas chanclas que no usé porque estuve en la piscina todo el rato. Lo demás perfecto.

Comfort y atención impecable
Pros:

El hotel es muy funcional y bonito.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias, bien distribuidas y confortables. La cama grande y tanto colchon como almohadas muy comodas.
Tiene una pequeña zona spa, que cumple con su función de poder pasar un rato relajado.
Todo el equipamiento hace honor a lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Las plazas del parking son amplias.
Especial mención al personal, MUY serviciales, amables y dispuestos en todo momento en atenderte; les felicito por su buen trabajo ¡¡¡

Cons:

Está muy bien que tenga parking, el pequeño inconveniente es que está en un subterraneo y tiene una rampa muy pronunciada y con 2 curvas; el coche ningún problema, pero si vas en moto y con mucho peso de equipaje, pues has de "ser un poco hábil conduciendo". Pero perfecto poder guardar la moto en sitio cerrado.

Genial finde largo en La Massana! mil gracias :)
Pros:

Hemos estado muy agusto en el hotel magic de la massana y si volvemos a subir, repetiremos sin dudarlo! Hemos pasado 3 noches. Para aparcar, el hotel tiene parking pero es un poco estrecho, así que encontramos una tarifa multi-día en un parking que esta a 200m como mucho. El desayuno es completo y la habitación ok! el personal es muy amable y en general les damos las gracias!
