The location of this hotel is perfect….just a few minutes walk from the Lift/Gondola Station, a supermarket & a ski hire shop. We stayed in room 415 on the 4th floor, a quiet room overlooking the street, & a view of the snow capped mountains & gondolas. We were delighted that our request was granted for a proper single bed, instead of a sofa bed, for our teenager. This hotel is very clean, with welcoming, friendly & helpful staff, in particular Paula at reception, & Gisela, Carlos & Milly in the restaurant. This hotel also has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & small gym on the 6th floor, which must be booked in advance at reception. We enjoyed our mornings using these facilities & spent our afternoons skiing in Pal. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant catering for all tastes. We certainly were not hungry. There is also a spacious Irish Pub in the hotel with a pool table & dart board. I have one suggestion though regarding the seating in the pub, while there are comfortable couches & armchairs in the lobby/reception area, some comfortable seating in the pub would be more enticing, especially near the windows. Overall we had a wonderful week & will definitely visit again.

Having returned from a 6 day trip to L ma Massana for a Ski trip of 21 people (5 families with kids ranging from 6-15) the Magic Ski really lived up to its name.

As relatively new skiers we found that the hotel had a lot going for it.

Location is fantastic for the Gondola and local equipment hire.

Food is more than adequate with something for everyone.

Rooms were spacious and extremely clean.

Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

The Irish themed bar has a warm friendly atmosphere and they serve up some fantastic cocktails made from scratch.

Overall we thought the whole experience was fantastic value for money and would stay again with no hesitation.

Great location near the Pal gondola and centre of town in La Massana

Great location - right next to ski rental and gondola. Public transportation is near by to get to the center and other villages. Stuff is very, very helpful. Restaurant and bar on site, nice dinner and breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and bedding is comfortable. There are gear lockers in a basement. Nice spa, although need to be reserved upfront .

Stayed here on half board as part of our first ski holiday. Reception staff very helpful, as were bar and restaurant staff. The food was good, fresh and with a decent variety considering the size of the hotel.
Ski lockers in the underground car park were a big help.
Location from gondola around 50m which meant we were able to walk to it in our ski boots.
Recommend for those wanting a nice cosy hotel with great service and good food.
