Chic Hotel Santorini

Loved the room we had with a private hot tub. Fantastic views of the caldera, staff were very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The view and amenities were incredible, the breakfast was great and made each morning memorable. The staff were amazing and very helpful planning transportation. They even offered us late check out for no charge and held our luggage and let us relax on the property balcony until we headed to airport. View is breathtaking, the room was huge and clean. Chic Hotel was an experience in itself. The location was absolutely stunning. Possibly the best views in all of Santorini. Licated in Firostafani, it is clise to everything, but just far enough away to not have to worry about the masses of crowds. The staff were friendly and so helpful, always giving hints and tips on the best places to see on the island. Endless dining and shopping options are at you doorstep. We hired a buggy for 5 days during our stay. Chic hotel is licated very close to a free carpark space where we could park our buggy when not in use. We loved every second of our visit to Santorini and staying at Chic hotel was a highlight in itself

An absolutely beautiful spot with amazing views (especially for sunset). The staff were so accommodating and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel in every way!!

We ended up missing both days of our 2-day stay: the 1st day because of a ferry workers' strike and the 2nd because my wife injured herself on the ferry to Santorini, and we had to get off at one of the earlier stops. The hotel sent us an email expressing its sympathy, but they were adamant about keeping our money. I would rather have had at least a partial refund and no condolences.

Great view with free breakfast every morning.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Everyone were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the fun area of Fira but around the hotel is very calm and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Even before we step in to the reception the view was already breathtaking! Upon arrival Dimitry welcomed us and informed us with everything needed. He assisted us with everything we asked for great customer service! In the morning we met Jona (mgr) accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast attendants were very on point and on time (wish we got their names) everyone is always smiling and attentive to every request we had. Amazing staff is what brought out stay more enjoyable! The hotel alone is perfect, very clean room, cant find the exact word to describe the view, sunset 100% this is the only trip we had where we were able to relax and sometimes wished we could just stay in the hotel. Wished everyone who stayed here gave a great review to show how this is the “Chiciest” hotel in Santorini! Everything a guest needs is here! Thank you for the great service and accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The employees were friendly. This is a great town to visit in Santorini. It is a lot less crowded than Oia and Fira, but the views are still great. The only negative was the pool. The pool is beautiful, but the water is freezing. It would be great if the pool was heated.

We had a brilliant stay at the Chic Hotel - the views of the Caldera are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast brought to your room every morning was delicious and such a treat to sit outside and take in the view. Would also recommend a trip to Sea Side for some beach time. The staff are so nice! Very nice hotel!

We chose this property specifically for the private Jacuzzi on the balcony, which we paid for. However, upon arrival, we found that the Jacuzzi was not functioning, the water was dirty, and the hotel stated it could only be repaired in March 2025. Additionally, the hotel staff was unaware that my airport transfer was included, which I found unprofessional. While they attempted to resolve the issue by offering another room with an indoor Jacuzzi, it was over-chlorinated, and the water did not heat properly.

From the staff to the property to the views. Everything was perfect for us. We came in the off season and it was so nice. Weather was perfect!

If you are looking for the ultimate in privacy, book room 7! We loved it!
