La superficie de la chambre et la vue mer.
Personnel très aimable. Très bon buffet. Piscines et plage très agréables

Cons:

Le lit était un peu trop mou. Dans la salle de bain, les serviettes étaient vieilles et usées et la pomme de douche ne correspond pas au standing de l'hôtel

Pros:

1) Le personnel est extrêmement compétent, rapide et serviable, en particulier le réceptionniste Ahmoud, qui avant et pendant le séjour fût toujours prêt à résoudre en quelque minute tous les problèmes.

2) Hotel de taille agréable, calme avec le récif corallien magnifique devant la porte à explorer avec tuba et masque! Pente extérieur du récif explorable autour du ponton avec surveillance. (mais attention pas de plage pour nager ou patauger à cause des oursins et du récif à protéger!). Fantastique centre de plongé dans l'enceinte de l'hotel avec un personnel très compétent (certifiés): Parents et enfants, nous avons passé la certification PADI open water diver au cours de notre séjour dans une ambiante féerique.

Cons:

1) La possibilité de booker sur booking.com un séjour avec seulement petit déjeuner n'a aucun sens, puisque l'hotel (resort) est à 5km de El Quseir et les quelques restaurants et magasins de la ville. La pension complète est recommandable.

2) Le seul service de taxi mis à disposition au sein de l'accueil de l'hôtel pratique des prix élevés (navette aéroport et trajet vers la ville de El Quseir)

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sei es beim Empfang oder im Restaurant. Das Essen war wie immer, sehr gut. Auch das Dessert-Buffet war sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr gut. Da ich schon oft in diesem Hotel war, ist es für mich, wie wenn ich nach Hause käme. Einfach wunderschön. Sogar mein Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt, mit direktem Meeblick und nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand.

Cons:

Im Restaurant habe ich vermisst, dass kein Koch beim Dessert-Buffet war, der z.B frische Früchte schnitt oder ein ägyptisches Dessert vor Ort zubereitete.
Leider funktionierte unsere Klimaanlage nicht gut. Wir hätten das Zimmer wechseln können aber das haben wir dankend abgelehnt, weil das andere Zimmer nicht so gut gelegen war, wie das das wir hatten.

Beautiful hotel with lush gardens
Pros:

We stayed in the Swissotel Resort in El Quseir for three nights in April. The hotel complex is beautiful: it is very well maintained and clean and the garden is very lavishly planted. You can observe various birds there, including the hoopoe, which share this oasis with the hotel visitors. Our room was very large and clean and had a pleasant climate. We also had a very spacious terrace just for us. We had booked half board and both the breakfast and dinner buffets . The buffet was very diverse. We particularly appreciated that all dishes were very well labeled (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) - perfect! There was always a large selection of delicious, home-baked bread (even pretzel rolls!). We can highly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was very windy on the days we were at the hotel, so we couldn't snorkel on the house reef. However, at our request, a phone call was made to the neighboring hotel and we were able to buy a day pass and snorkel there (this other hotel has a bay and the sea is calmer there). Besides various fruits, a more varied selection of vegan desserts would be highly appreciated :)!

Mr. Momen is the exceptional staff
Pros:

I would like to express my special appreciation for Mr. Momen, Assistant Restaurant Manager at Swissotel El Quseir.
During our stay, he was always very attentive, kind, highly professional and customer-oriented. His approach to guests is exceptional – he treats everyone with the same level of care and respect. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and natural hospitality made a significant difference to our stay. He always made sure everything was perfect and that guests were satisfied.

Das Swissôtel empfehle ich gerne weiter. Ein sehr schönes Ressort.
Pros:

Sauberkeit , die mir sehr wichtig ist, war gegeben.
Das Personal war zugewandt und freundlich. Die Lage am Riff ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Umgebende Strände gibt es nicht, das sollte man wissen. Für meine Belange war alles bestens.

Great diving center
Pros:

Great trip with Momo to snorkel. We saw Nemo, 4 sea turtles and coral reef. Guys from diving center are professionals. Trip was easy and not stressful at all.

Had a fantastic trip from start to finish! Momo was great at helping us choose the right trip - Marsa Mubrak. Seen a sea cow, dolphins and turtles in a beautiful bay! Lunch was fantastic and plentiful. Highly recommend Egypt Sea Explorer Diving Centre at the hotel. Trip of a lifetime 🤩🤩🤩
