Super nice easy going hotel - kindest staff and funny and food excellent- no party hotel but suited us. Best diving school on the best!

Great trip with Momo to snorkel. We saw Nemo, 4 sea turtles and coral reef. Guys from diving center are professionals. Trip was easy and not stressful at all.

Had a fantastic trip from start to finish! Momo was great at helping us choose the right trip - Marsa Mubrak. Seen a sea cow, dolphins and turtles in a beautiful bay! Lunch was fantastic and plentiful. Highly recommend Egypt Sea Explorer Diving Centre at the hotel. Trip of a lifetime 🤩🤩🤩

This was our fourth visit in Radisson. Everythink was perfect, rooms, service, restaurant. This year we made a trip from dive center at the hotel to Marsa Mubarak. The snorcheling was amazing. Turtles, dugong and beautiful reef. If you wanna to go to this trip ask Mr. Momo. He is the best and will answer all of your questions. We are looking forward to visit this hotel next year again.

The Trip with Momo Was great, nice team and we saw turtles. The food was very good and the Crew was very friendly. It was a little bit windy but still we were able to snorkling.

This was booked for 5 of us through our tour company.

+ Sooo nice and quiet at night and in the morning

- The restaurant, beach and pools should have smoking / non-smoking sections.
- The hotel is a bit run down. The mattresses and pillows are old and lumpy
- The staff assumes everyone is German, which is a bit annoying
- The hotel is ridiculously stingy with towels
- All of us had intestinal issues during our stay
- The hawkers on the beach and at the pool were incessant and annoying

A Savoir :
- Même si le vol indique Hurghada comme aéroport, l'hôtel n'est pas à Hurghada mais à 2 heure au Sud, à côté d'une petite ville nommée El Quseir. Et il n'y a rien à faire autour de l'hôtel ni même dans cette ville.
- Le séjour est défini comme All Inclusive mais attention, certaines choses sont payantes (boissons alcoolisées après minuit, jus de fruit frais, certaines boissons...).
- Pas de café à l'hôtel (même en payant). Ils offrent du café soluble nescafé. Pour un vrai café il faut aller en ville, à 3 km de l'hôtel. Pas de jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner (contrairement au Radison Blu à Djerba), juste des pseudos jus sucrés.
- On ne peut pas vraiment se baigner dans la mer car il y a 50 mètres de rochers avec 50 cm d'eau avant d'atteindre la mer (derrière la barrière de corail). On peut prendre le ponton mais l'escalier qui descend dans la mer n'est pas ouvert en cas de vent. Sur les 8 jours du séjour, l'accès n'était possible que 2 jours.
- Vous ne devez pas jeter le papier toilette dans les WC.
- Les prix des services médicaux de l'hôtel sont exorbitants (1000 € pour un simple examen...)
- Beaucoup d'allemands qui mangent / boivent toute la journée.

Einfach nur traumhaft – rundum perfekt!

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in diesem Hotel unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre laden sofort zum Abschalten ein.

Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das Personal – angefangen bei den Reinigungsmitarbeitern über die Lifeguards bis hin zu den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der Gastronomie: Jeder einzelne war durchweg freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird.

Das Essen war hervorragend – vielfältig, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch einem der Manager, der sehr gut Deutsch sprach und sich persönlich Zeit nahm, wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Ohne Umwege war er sofort zur Stelle, hat aufmerksam zugehört und sich bemüht, direkt eine Lösung zu finden – ein Service, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann.

Das WLAN war hin und wieder etwas langsam, aber ehrlich gesagt: Man ist im Urlaub, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und nicht, um ständig am Handy zu hängen – also für uns kein wirklicher Minuspunkt.

Unser Fazit: Super, super, super! Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir sind gestern nachhause geflogen und schauen für September oder Oktober eine erneute Reise zu planen.

The hotel is located in the city center and provides all services. The reception was warm and the food tasted good. I loved the various Egyptian salads. The room had a direct view of the sea and was always decorated with beautiful flowers and towels. The room boy, Abdel Fattah, asked about the room every day. He is a kind and polite person who loves his work and does it at the highest level. The garden has beautiful plants and the boys do an excellent job. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place...

This is our first visit to this hotel and it will not be our last we enjoyed everything the beach the fish the restaurants served delicious and tasty meals and the room was always clean and professionally arranged we had a room server named Abdel Fattah he was very cheerful and had a big smile he was always helpful and made us smile thank you

We have just returned from this hotel which was an architectural masterpiece we really enjoyed everything we would like to thank all the staff at this outstanding hotel and in particular our room boy Abdel Fattah he is a polite quick witted and helpful person thank you for everything we plan to come back soon

I came here to have vacation on my own, to not be disturbed by anyone and anything, get warm and health at the sea side. And all of this was fulfilled thanks to very nice hotel resort, not the newest one but warm and familiar and well-established.

Restaurant
Absolutely gorgeous food!!!! I could always choose from many different delicious meals during the whole period of time. Thank you to cooks and my compliment to the absolutely professional and hardworking waiter Mr Abdullah who became my personal waiter naturally as I was dining at the same table indoors.

Beach
Clean and quiet. Perfect beach service.

Room
Perfectly cleaned up room everyday, thanks to Mr Abdelftaah whoo was helpful and unhesitating all of the time. I really enjoyed his creatives every day. Thank You!

Spa and beauty
The resort offers spa and beauty services. I tried the set of gorgeous massages and professional manicure. I can just recommend both!

One week was just no enough. I am sure I will come back again!

La chambre était très bien pour 4 personnes avec vue sur la mer.
L hôtel dispose de 2 piscines et d un accès plage.
Le restaurant est très bon et la nourriture est très variée.
L option all inclusive est vraiment intéressante y compris au bar.
La faune sous marine est incroyable à seulement 2 mètres du bord raie à pointe bleu, baliste, murène, poisson scorpion, diodon, poisson peroquet.. Même aux Seychelles je n avais pas vu une si grande diversité en PMT.

En résumé je vous le conseille si vous voulez un hôtel avec un très bon service, un bon resto et une plage magnifique

Abdelftah was very helpful, as well as reception and finally the best Badawy -the waiter was excellent. We had great time snoorkeling and eating great food. The beach was calm and quiet, which was very relaxing. The bariery of dishes was really great.

It's was the best experience for relaxation in a really long time,nice hotel near el Quseir, with sandy beach and beautiful coral reef, spacious room , varied food, different every night , room is clean،big enough.

Ich habe möglicherweise ein eher älteres Zimmer bekommen. Das Bad war aus den 90ern und schmutzig mit Zahnputzresten am Waschbeckenabfluss. Das Handtuch, auf dem die Duschgels aufgereiht sind, könnte auch mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Hat einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck gemacht. Ebenso die Klobürste.
Keine Minibar.
Die Zimmertür bietet keinerlei Sicherheit, ebensowenig das Vorhängeschloss, das beim Öffnen der Tür einfach abgerissen ist.
Die Sauberkeit am Buffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Kaffeemaschine und Heißwasserbehälter sehen von außen eher unappetitlich aus und könnten mal abgewischt werden.
Außerhalb des Hotels ist nichts los, man verlässt das Hotelgelände auf eigene Gefahr.
