Really enjoyable.
Pros:

Staff were superb. Hotel was very tidy. It was a really enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok only. The selection of hot food was very good, but pastries and fruit were in short supply. As was the orange juice.

Another excellent stay
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room. Great gym. Very good breakfast. Excellent reception staff. 2nd stay and very good both times.

Cons:

In the restaurant in the evening one diner was in his socks with no footwear on. I felt one of the staff could have spoken to him but the waiting staff were all very young and so a tricky situation to handle. Not the hotel's fault.

Pros:

Super friendly helpful staff. Beautiful room that was so comfortable. Food was lovely.

Cons:

Glass of wine (even although it was very nice) at £9.50 was a little steep.

Cons:

The only downside was the queue for the coffee machine, no bowls for fruit, no teabags and no cups at breakfast time yes I appreciate we weren't first down, it was the middle of the breakfast time, but simple things that keeps everyone moving slowly

Lovely hotel shame the pool was unavailable before check out
Pros:

Warm cookies on arrival and friendly reception staff. Nice swimming pool and a good restaurant with wide choice of dishes. Our room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

On the day of our check out the pool was unavailable to guests for an hour due to an aqua aerobics class. There was no notification of this given to guests in advance. We managed to have a 10 minute swim before the pool became packed with ladies standing in groups in the water chatting and reserving their "spots" 15 minutes before their class started. Disappointing for our 8 year old who was very keen to practise her swimming before we checked out. We had booked this hotel as it has a pool.
