Amazing well deserved break so stayed a second night lol
Pros:

Nice chilled night away off work , relax with the wife hotel is amazing firstly rested and wind down in the health spa well deserved rest , food was amazing complement to kitchen staff, best night sleep had in a long time beds unreal

Cons:

Everything really staff is amazing always ready to help in every way hotel is so clean we live local and just even love to chill with glass wine most everything’s in hotel and would stay over once a month

Pros:

Great hotel, recently refurbished to a high standard. Tasty food at breakfast and dinner

Cons:

Men’s changing room for the pool is small and not directly at the pool. Minor issue but I understand work to open a new men’s changing room is delayed

New and fresh interior, very nice comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel looks newly upgraded, and they definitely did it right. Everything feels fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean. Restaurant was not too bad and quick service.

Cons:

Snag list needs to be completed in the rooms from these upgrades. Minor details but a mirror in the room and toilet roll holder in the bathroom really should be added.

A wonderful hotel with superb facilities
Pros:

Superb hotel with wonderful leisure facilities and spa. A large comfortable room, with above par complimentary in room drink / biscuit options. Staff at reception and the leisure club were very professional & friendly.

Cons:

The only thing I was not enamoured with during this stay was the staff demographic in the restaurant during the evening. The staff in all other areas, including staff within the restaurant during breakfast were highly professional however; the younger demographic within the restaurant were as a collective not in keeping with a relaxing environment. They were loudly gossiping and giggling between themselves which when trying to have a quiet dining experience after a long day, is rather out of the norm when it comes to other hotels in the same higher end bracket. In effect the staff within the dining room were not all professional; it was more like a few hours paid social. This is the only thing that slightly marred an otherwise superb stay and having stayed here previously, I will most definitely return when on business in the area.
