Great hotel
Pros:

Loved our stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Just one issue is that there is no mirror in room at unit where you would dry hair.

Cons:

Missed having mirror in room to dry and style hair.

A few things missing?
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and tidy, bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

In my opinion with it being a double room it only had one bedroom chair and no table to sit at and have a tea or coffee. Yes there was another chair but that was a desk chair and was beside the desk which isn't the best place for two people to sit and relax in the room. There was also only one beside table and not one on both sides which I found strange as it was a big room with plenty of space for these items.

The jacuzzi part of the swimming pool was exactly the same temperature as the pool which was strange and not expected.

Disappointed, expected better quality from a Double tree Hilton
Pros:

Room was lovely, bed comfortable. Shower good staff on reception and bar efficient and friendly

Cons:

Restroom poor quality, basic food constructed together. Menu on plasric onesided card.. Pool full of children so couldnt use. Bar at 9.30pm full of children , a lot unsupervised. No seats to enjoy drink after dinner. Breakfast buffet food warm not hot

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y está ubicado en una zona muy chula. Está suficientemente cerca del norte para visitar la calzada o el puente (1h y algo) pero lo suficientemente lejos para que no esté masificado.
Es buen sitio para hacer una escapada con tu pareja y disfrutar del hotel y de la piscina. Sin duda hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia.

Stay was ok but could have been better with a few simple changes changes

Cons:

No mirror in bedroom, no bread at breakfast as my daughter has a nut allergy, not told about nut allergy in cookies , I know my daughter should have read , but they should say to people, spa wasn’t as warm as I thought it should be and I think as a loyal customer for 28 years it should be free
