Good hotel on excellent location
Pros:

- Hotel complex and ski facilities were good.
- Ski in, ski out was good. Slope number 7 goes behind the hotel. You have to climb uphill on a quite steep path for about 50m. On week 10 the path started to be icy and muddy.
- Child playroom was excellent
- Warm outside pool was great. I bit hard to find and no dresding room on winter time but that didnt bother us
- Food was ok
- Free parking near hotel was good

Cons:

- We had a half board but on snack time or dinner there was no free drinks. Not even water. So that was quite a big disappointment. I think half board should include at least tap water.

Pros:

Sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen am Buffet, wenn auch sehr fleischlastig. Es war immer ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr nettes, zugewandtes Personal, das sich viel Mühe gegeben hat, zum Beispiel, uns kurzfristig noch zu ermöglichen, als große Gruppe von 8 Personen den ganzen Urlaub beim Essen zusammenzusitzen. Das hätten wir eigentlich vorher anmelden sollen, wussten wir aber nicht. Der Speisesaal mit Blick in den Wald ist durchdesigned.
Der Skikeller war gut zu erreichen, mit Wärmeregal für die Skischuhe.
Saunabereich zum großen Teil sehr modern und sehr gepflegt. Bademantel selbst mitbringen oder vor Ort gegen Gebühr leihen. Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Für das Zimmer kann man sich kostenlos einen Wasserkocher leihen. Eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer gibt es nicht, aber einen kleinen Kühlschrank.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal in den Waldhof wiederkommen.
Das Skigebiet Schmittenhöhe eignet sich gut für Anfänger und Familien. Die Skibushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür.

Cons:

Das Budget-Doppelzimmer zur Straße ist baulich bedingt sehr hellhörig. So, als ob das Fenster die ganze Zeit offen ist. An einigen Tagen um 5.35 Uhr bzw. 5.55 Uhr Anlieferung von Waren per LKW und Rolltrolley. Das stört tendenziell den Schlaf. Wer das weiß, kann sich aber
mit Ohrstöpseln versorgen, die gibt es auch an der Rezeption. Wichtig ist: Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt!

Fabulous family hotel
Pros:

A wonderful hotel for our family that met all our requirements. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, in particular the kids play zone which included a soft play. The swimming pool and bar were also fab. It felt safe and the kids enjoyed it.

Pros:

Śniadanka ok ,było z czego wybierać .Miłym zaskoczeniem była przekąska po nartach ,kolacje bardzo dobre .Dla dzieci fajne atrakcje .Przystanek ski busa parę metrów od hotelu ,ale można też zjechać na nartach prawie pod sam hotel .

Everything was wonderful, the room, the food, the pool and all the other facilities for our family. The hotel staff are amazing, from Thomas on reception to the chefs and waiters/waitresses - nothing is too much trouble, everything is dealt with so smoothly and professionally. We had another wonderful stay and will definitely be back again.

Odamız ve yemekler harikaydı

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir otel. çocuk dostu bir otel. Hem otobüs hem de yürüyerek çok rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor Otelin yemekleri , Açık büfe kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri enfesti. Ayrıca Restoran kısmında çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız aile odası yani süit odaydı ve yeni binadaydı. o yüzden yeri , sessizliği ve büyüklüğü güzeldi. Ancak Açık havuz eski bina tarafında ve bizim yeni binadaki odaya uzaktı.

Cons:

Resepsiyon kısmındaki çalışanlar çok suratsız ve yardımcı değiller. Zorla yanıt veriyorlar sorulara.Ayrıca genelde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu ve tüm bavullarımızı ve kayakları kendimiz taşıdık odamıza. Odadaki açılır kanepelerin kumaşları çok kirliydi. oturmak bile istemedik. oda temizliği ve havluları kötüydü. eski binada çocuk oyun alanları var hem gürültülü hemde eski. orada kalmadığımız için mutluyum. otelde tüm içecekler çay bile ücretli.

God mad, mange forskellige valgmuligheder.

Labai malonus personalas, kuris greitai reaguoja. Duoda patarimų, kaip patogiau slidinėti, keliauti. Viešbutyje yra viskas ko reikia, spa suaaugusiems didesnis nei šeimos spa, tik baseinas bendras. Labai geros pirtys suaugusių spa ir lauke. Vaikams yra daug veiklų
