מקום מושלם. יחס אישי מבעלי המלון עצמם. הכל בנימוס ובחיוך. חדר יפה, גדול ונוח עם מרפסת לנוף מדהים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה ממש, לא חסר כלום. הכל בטוב טעם. מומלץ מיותר

tolle Lage, ausgiebiges Frühstücksangebot und moderner Wellnessbereich, wir durften unsere Rennräder mit ins Zimmer nehmen

Cons:

leider war im Restaurant nie richtig gedeckt und nachdem wir einmal zu trinken bestellt hatten kam über 1,5h kein Kellner mehr, für ein Restaurant in einem 4 Sterne Hotel etwas Luft nach oben

Nice stay in Zell am See
Pros:

…Sofia at the reception was very helpful with detailed information about the local transportation and the free train tickets for guests staying at the hotel.
…Breakfast was rich and delicious. Everyone is assigned toz specific table which has to be used during the entire stay. You don’t have to wait or look for finding a table.
Rooms are clean and big enough to hang your clothes.
…Free parking space is available.
…We spent most of our entire day in going to Salzburg by train for a concert and then returned to Zell am See in the late afternoon/evening. Therefore we could not see much of the rest of the hotel like the pool or spa.

Cons:

… The only criticism would be the housekeeping policy of the hotel which allows the rooms to be cleaned every next day. This is very inconvenient for those who stay for two nights. Hopefully, Sofia at the reception asked ghe cleaning staff to change our towels and to clean the bathroom at 19:30 upon my kind request. As such, she saved many points for the hotel in this review.

O experienta proasta pentru mine dar o rusine pentru o tara ca si Austria.

Nu exista ceva sa mi fi placut.

Cons:

Mancarea este slaba calitativ, locurile d ehoaca sunt imputite, piscina exterioara neincalzita iar in camera nu gasesti un pahar iar in camera nu ai nici macar papuci.

A reggeli választéka jó volt. A wellness részleg teljesen új, modern, tiszta, szuper volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

A szobák felújításra szorulnának. A wellness használathoz nem biztosítanak sem köntöst, sem egyszer használatos papucsot. A svédasztalos vacsora minősége és választéka nem egy 4 csillagos hotel színvonala.

Schönes Hotel mit vielseitigen Aktivitäten für Die Kinder .

Perfekte Lage ..ruhig und doch nahe an der Altstadt und dem See. Unglaublich nettes Personal besonders an der Rezeption! Wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit neuen modernen Bad und tollen Balkon .Vielseitige Aktivitäten für die Kids , Trampolin, Fußball Raum , Pool usw. Das Essen war sehr lecker mit frischen vorbereiteten Speisen, viel Obst und für jeden Geschmack war was dabei..

Cons:

Schade dass beim Abendessen kein kostenloses Leitungswasser anzubieten war..

Cons:

Junior Suite sehr hellhörig. Der ganze externe Bereich mit den Suiten extrem laut. Hunde ohne ende die bellen. Es roch auch im Eingangsbereich nach Urin und Hund. Bettlacken mit Fleck (wurde getauscht).
