Luxurious accommodation in central Auckland for an excellent price
Pros:

Service was exceptional. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and our well being was their top priorty, especially Taylor, the guest relations manager, who was super helpful during our time. She went above and beyond to smooth out a potentially challenging situation.

Rooms were beautiful and the location was excellent, right in the middle of the Auckland CBD, close to everything you would want to see.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was very nice with a unique spin on local cuisine, however it was quite overpriced compared to what we received.

Having no working lift this morning, having to walk down 17 flights of stairs to breakfast & to find no breakfast available in hotel...!!
Also room card not working had to get management up to let us in.

Pros:

Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds and separate seating area. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Configuration of bathroom, which included a tub, meant the shower and toilet area were smaller than some other similar hotels would typically offer, but they were ok and worked for our stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional, beautifully presented, and even included Chinese food options! Loved the food quality! The location was perfect! The Sky City area was full of restaurants, street fun, a casino, easy access to tourist transportation!

Location is amazing
