Heating system was abit hard to get room to a comfortable temperature.
The hotel helped us arrange a babysitting service that they regularly use for guests, which gave us peace of mind so that we could attend an event. The rooms were very efficiently and functionally laid out. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Location is fab, staff are awesome. Bed is VERY comfy. We stay here each year for an event and usually love it but had a few small issue this year. I would still stay again as the location is FAB.
Had issues with our TV, they sorted it but then it randomly started turning itself on while we were trying to go to sleep. in the end I turned it off at the wall. One of the Robes had 3 holes in it, they replaced it. Also had extremely slippery tiles directly outside the shower but only when it was wet (so literally when you step out after a shower) They have obviously changed the configuration of the shower and instead of replacing glass have just cut the old hinge, I expect more from a hotel with this price tag. Staff were great.
