Great stay
Pros:

Beautiful view. Bed was comfy and big enough for the both of us. Loved that there was a bath and not just a shower.

Cons:

The wifi was okay but when chromecasting, it often disconnected so it got a bit frustrating.

Location, cleanliness, luxury, breakfast was great
Pros:

It was my birthday and they upgraded me to an awesome room and i had chocolates and a card waiting on the bed. The location to the casino was straight across the road and the breakfast was fantastic. The view was beautiful and the room incredible.

Ideal luxury hotel in heart of Auckland. Would definitely book again.
Pros:

Location, early check in, helpful staff.

Cons:

Beautiful decor, bar & restaurants looked lovely unfortunately we didn’t have time to try. Did not want to leave. Our stay was too short.

Our stay was amazing, we loved every minute, great and extremely memorable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, I planned a surprise stay for our 24th anniversary, Sky Grand surprise us with an unbelievable roon upgrade and it was amazing!! location was really great, across from Sky city and with multiple surrounding stores, bars and venues. Weekend was amazing and relaxing, the room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and the harbour view was amazing. Spent dinner at Eight. The breakfast was delicious at the Terrace. Overall our stay was amazing, we loved every minute, great and extremely memorable. Thank you to The Grand Sky City and staff for making our stay amazing and first class.

Pros:

A very “GRAND” hotel located centrally in the CBD. The room super comfy and spacious. Staff were absolutely amazing, and the facilities were great. The sky bridge is such a great addition to connect all 3 hotels.

Cons:

Very minor issue, the toilet in the room had a small seat that didn’t match align with the full toilet.

No faults, definitely returning ❤️
Pros:

I loved how I had access to everything. In house dinning, metita was an amazing restaurant, abit pricey but loved the experience. The facilities (spa, pool & gym), the valet (omg so much easier but pricey) the buffet breakfast yum yum yum.
Our room was an awesome spot, we could see the sky tower. Our bed was sooo comfortable.
