Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit einem Pool im Garten und 2 Pools im Inneren. Einen großen neuen Wellness Bereich und ein top ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio mit den besten Geräten. Alles sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen um uns ein paar schöne Tage zu gönnen.

Cons:

Die Inneneinrichtung im Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das ist nörgeln auf hohem Niveau. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln.

Brilliant hotel, fantastic facilities, clean, lovely food, very welcoming
Pros:

The room was fantastic, with a lovely balcony and it was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were super with a great choice of food and drinks and the food was really tasty. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we were well cared for. There were 3 pools (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and all of them were really clean. The sauna and relaxation areas were superb. It's a fantastic family-run hotel and we would love to go back!

Alt var super godt , der er tænkt på alle detaljer.

Cons:

Det eneste der gør jeg ikke giver 10 er at man SKAL være nøgen i wellness rum ,med sauna og lignende aktiviteter..
Syntes der burde være frivilligt så alle kan bruge faciliteterne.

Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Ort Niederau. Wir bekamen bei Ankunft sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat zwei Innenpools, eines mit Whirlpool und Düsen. Sehr schön ist das neue Außenpool mit Liegewiese und die moderne Saunalandschaft. Der Parkplatz für das Auto ist kostenfrei vor dem Hotel.
Von Niederau aus kann man viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternehmen. Mit der Gästekarte spart man z.B. aktuell 10% bei der Nutzung der Markjochbahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne bei Fragen zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hallo, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen. Gerne wären wir deutlich länger geblieben.
Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne und große Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Es gab ein leckeres Buffet zum Frühstück. Uns fehlte es an gar nichts. Zum Abendessen konnte man die Hauptspeisen am Morgen auswählen. Auf Wünsche reagierte das Personal freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Essen war auch hier lecker. Es gab zusätzlich eine Nachspeise.
Im Garten gab es einen Pool mit Sonnenliegen, sowie gemütlichen Sitzecken. Ein extra Haus im Garten mit Sauna, bequemen Liegen im Innen- und Außenbereich, ein Ruheraum mit verschiedenen Varianten der Teezubereitung,, und zusätzlich einen Fitnessraum.
Wir fühlten uns willkommen und sofort nach der langen Anreise im Urlaub.
Ein großes Lob auch an die liebevolle und individuelle Dekoration/ Gestaltung im Haus und auf dem gesamten Gartengrundstück.

Cons:

Der Einstieg in die Badewanne zum duschen war sehr hoch. Die Toilette sehr niedrig.
Das hat uns 4 Erwachsenen gar nicht so gestört, da alles andere einfach so super schön war.

Hervorragendes geführtes Hotel. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes Freizeitangebot (Schwimmbad, Sauna, Fitness, Minigolf, Tischtennis, Billard.. ) Tolles Essen. Alles blitzsauber. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert !!
