Die Gastgeber selbst und das ganze Team waren sehr herzlich man fühlte sich willkommen.

Cons:

Wir hatten unseren Zweitschlüssel vom Auto im Zimmer liegen lassen. Eine Versendung an uns kostet 30 Euro nicht nachvollziehbar.😞

Schone Lage, sehr nette Personal. Ein richtiges Wellness Erlebnis. Viel Auswahl für Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich esse kein Schwein Fleisch, und im Hotel gab nicht so viel Auswahl für Abendessen.

Entspannter Urlaub im Schnee
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort Niederau und bietet ausreichend Parkfläche.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, trotz sehr viel Arbeit.
Unser Zimmer upgrade bescherte uns eine Suite, das Schlafzimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Wohnzimmer könnte einen refresh vertragen, war aber alles da.
Der Spa und Sportbereich ist aussergewöhnlich. Alles in einem super schönen Ambiente, der Umgebung angepasst. Viel Auswahl von Saunen, Schwimm- und Ruhebereichen. Hier kann man sich total erholen.
Auch für Familien, Tidchtennis, Billiard etc.

Cons:

Der Barbereich hat nicht so eine schöne Aufenthaltsqualität.
Das Ambiente des restlichen Hotels könnte sich etwas dem Spa anpassen, dann wäre ein 5Sterne Potential möglich.
Die Halppension war ausreichend, ein super Salatbuffet. Etwas mehr Ideen beim Menue wären toll. Aber es jedem Recht machen ist auch schwierig.
Leider hält der Skibus nur 2x am Hotel, und das letzte Mal 9.12h. Also muss man doch das Auto nehmen. Sonst etwas weiter zu laufen, in voller Montur.
