Idealny pobyt
Pros:

Hotel rewelacyjny, dwa baseny podgrzewane co przy wietrznej lutowej pogodzie świetnie się sprawdziło. Śniadania przepyszne , codziennie prawie to samo ale wybór był ogromny więc nie nudziło się. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, codzienna wymiana ręczników i pościeli, było czysto i przyjemnie. W hotelu znajdują się restauracje i kawiarnia więc nie trzeba nawet daleko szukać dobrego jedzenia. Przepiękny widok na dachu, z basenem oraz barem. W bufecie śniadaniowym jest sala zabaw dla dzieci o czym dowiedzieliśmy się dosyć późno, druga sala znajduje się w restauracji Tosca. Jest również pokój gier , co prawda mały wybór ale zawsze to coś. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Cons:

Brak podgrzewanego basenu na dachu, trochę szkoda. Generalnie nie było minusów.

Pros:

Lovely Hotel. Fantastic staff/spa facilities and breakfast choices. Comfy beds and nice restaurants. Great rooftop pool with sea views in the distance.

Cons:

Warning: "THE DELUXE SUITES ARE NOT deluxe, far from it.**

The beds are very comfortable, but the suites themselves are pretty basic. The VIEWS from the balcony don't represent those shown on the website.
Indeed, the suites at the back of the hotel have no sea view and currently overlook a building site (Jan 2026); the balconies are small, certainly not a terrace. And in my opinion not worth paying extra for unless you want a larger room.

The hotel is on a very steep hill; whichever way you walk, there's no way of avoiding it

With respect, I declined the second room you offered because I'd specifically emailed in advance requesting a balcony with *afternoon sunshine*. The "luxury unit" you offered was on a lower floor in the shade and overlooked by the balcony above, and would never get afternoon sun

You say in your reply that the layouts "may vary", yet there is no suggestion of this in the photographs or the information displayed in the fine print. As seen in my photos

Pokój dwu a nie cztero osobowy

Dobre jedzenie. Baseny podgrzewane. Czystość. Dość miła obsługa.

Cons:

Niekomfortowe spanie dla 2 osób na rozkładanej dostawce. Dwukrotna prośba o dołożenie 2giego materaca była zignorowana przez co spanie nie było komfortowe. Zbyt miękki i cienki materac. Mam wrażenie że pokój dwuosobowy został na "siłę," przerobiony na 4 osobowy i przez dostawke zupełnie zastawiony został balkon i szafa. Taka informacja powinna być podana wcześniej. 2 osoby spały komfortowo. Pozostałe dwie już nie. Widok z balkonu mizerny.

Świetne miejsce na komfortowy odpoczynek. Kilka restauracji, rozbudowana strefa basenów. Jeden basen podgrzewany, co w miesiącach zimowych zyskuje podwójnie. Na duży plus sauna. Bardzo pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania. Pokoje czyste, przestronne. W barze na dachu można wypić pyszną kawę z widokiem na Gozo. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Les chambres sont modernes, on voit qu'elles ont été rénovées récemment, et très confortables.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié le fait que la terrasse ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos sur Booking! Sur le site, la terrasse de la Suite Deluxe a l'air très grande et avec une très belle vue. La terrasse que nous avons eue était toute petite et avec comme vue un immeuble en construction!
