Important information:

Reception at the hotel takes place exclusively between 5PM and 8.30PM. After 9PM the reservation will be considered a No Show. From 21.00 until 23.00 or from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm it is possible to request the an afternoon or night but it is necessary to notify the Hotel (WITH MINIMUM NOTICE OF 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE). The extra cost will be €30 for each additional hour requested. The hotel does not have luggage storage. The information and booking office is available from Monday to Saturday, from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm, you can contact our staff at the info@hotelcatron.itPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

E' stato un soggiorno particolare ed anche triste, ma la struttura è risultata ottima.

Naturalmente come daccordo la colazione non è compresa

Cons:

Unica cosa che suggerirei, mettere un fermo doccetta che uno possa fare la doccia senza doverla tenere in mano.

Una bellissima sorpresa.
Pros:

La cortesia, la competenza e la professionalità del personale della reception che mi ha accolto al mio arrivo. L'upgrade della camera da singola a matrimoniale ad uso singolo è stato un gesto molto gentile ed ho apprezzato.
Il letto ad una prima impressione troppo morbido è risultato invece comodissimo, ho poi constatato che oltre al materasso era presente anche un top, roba da hotel di Ben altra categoria e prezzo, davvero complimenti.
