Purtroppo la nostra esperienza al Grand Hotel Bonanno è stata molto negativa.

Avevamo prenotato due camere per una sola notte, spendendo circa 270 €, ma il servizio ricevuto è stato ben al di sotto delle aspettative.

La cosa più spiacevole è stata l'assegnazione di due camere molto distanti tra loro, nonostante avessi specificato che viaggio con mio fratello con disabilità. In situazioni come questa ci si aspetta un minimo di attenzione e sensibilità verso le esigenze degli ospiti.

Inoltre, dovendo partire molto presto, ci è stata consegnata una colazione da asporto assolutamente inadeguata: un semplice ciambellone confezionato, alcune fette biscottate, una marmellata e una bottiglia d'acqua calda. Per un hotel di questa categoria e considerando il prezzo pagato, è un servizio davvero deludente e poco rispettoso dei clienti.

Per una spesa di 278 € ci saremmo aspettati un'accoglienza migliore, maggiore attenzione alle esigenze di una persona con disabilità e una colazione dignitosa.

Non torneremo e, purtroppo, non possiamo consigliare questa struttura.

Very pleasant .
Pros:

Clean,pleasant decor with a nice outside seating area .room was spacious but could do with an update with more comfortable seating .

The breakfast room did not have air conditioning so was quite hot .

La possibilité de garer sa voiture pour 10 euros la nuit, la proximité avec le centre de Pise.

Cons:

Chambre propre mais vétuste, avec une odeur de naphtaline... La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien.
