Pros:

Nada en especial

Cons:

Está al lado de una vía de tren y desde la habitación se escucha cada vez que pasa. Además para ir al centro de la ciudad has que pasar por un subterráneo que traspasa las vías . Instalaciones anticuadas. Limpieza la justa. Es incomprensible que sea un cuatro estrellas. En España sería un tres estrellas, y gracias.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Leaning Tower. Great value for money.

Pros:

The upgrade to the room. The breakfast was tasty.
. The quietness of our room high up and at the back. The staff seemed friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room clean. The fact they had read our room requests . We used the restaurant once on our last night.

Cons:

Bit of a old smell in our room. We bought air freshener. Bit of a walk into Pisa on a night for food.

Номер небольшой, но чистый, удобная кровать и подушки, туалет и душ чистые со всем необходимым. Кофемашина в номере и минибар. Приятный персонал, вкусные завтраки.

Pros:

Parkirišče ob hotelu, sicer za doplačilo ampak....bili smo štirje in imeli dve sobi povezani z vrati kar je bilo super. Ugodna cena.
Lokacija v bližini stolpa (10min hoje)

Cons:

Bolj zastarelo opremljen hotel, majhna TV.

Not one of my favourite hotels but the friends also staying there made the stay enjoyable
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. The staff in the dining area and bar were welcoming and friendly also the housekeeping was very good providing us with fresh towels daily and kept the room very clean The hotel was near to a number 5 bus stop which took us into the city/train station and close to the airport. The reception gave us an opportunity to leave our luggage after checking out, so we could do some more shopping. The Tower of Pisa was within easy walking distance which was a bonus. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced and the hot chocolate was delicious.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small but the bathroom a fair size. The walls of the rooms are very thin so you could hear quite alot of noise from next door. Also the railway line is close by so one can easily be disturbed. No kettle, only a coffee machine and certainly no milk. Alright if you like black espresso. There was a fridge containing 4 bottles of water at 1.5 euros each. A couple of receptionists were not as friendly as expected. The area around the hotel was not desirable and I would not recommend single ladies walking under the underpass at night.

Good value, clean hotel in a relatively quiet area of Pisa.. 15 mins to the Tower & Restaurants
Pros:

Staff on reception very friendly.
Rooms clean and comfortable
Hotel located in a quite subbrban area, although you could hear the trains 5 mins away

Cons:

Little way from the train station, but was aware of that in advance. If not keen on the 25 minute walk buses were available
