Nice staff.
Pros:

I arrived late after midnight. The concierge was helpful even from the previous evening phone call. I arrived quickly and safely from the airport, I loved my small room. Cozy. Simple. Comfortable for a short nights sleep.

Die Lage war super, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Für wenige Tage alles ok. Keine Parkplatzsorgen, denn das Auto steht direkt am Hotel.

La chiave della camera non funzionava bene. Mi hanno fatto attendere 30 minuti per risolvere il problema, che poi di fatto non si è risolto. Mi hanno cambiato la chiave e dopo vari tentativi abbiamo capito come fare in modo che il contatto elettrico funzionasse. Tuttavia, avevo sempre il dubbio di riuscire a entrare. Dubito sia stato risolto.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent, with a perfect location just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I booked two rooms, one of which was a deluxe double room specifically for the espresso coffee machine. I was pleasantly surprised to find that every room had an espresso machine—definitely my favorite feature! The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable. We were able to use the car park, which was very convenient for us.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some renovation and overall improvement.

Terrible standard of rooms
Pros:

Very mixed experience. Nice looking hotel from the outside, reception staff were super friendly and helpful and on the face of it , it seems a nice hotel. The rooms are dated and pretty terrible, threadbare carpet, rock hard bed and basic furniture, AC was a joke - after 3 days we got it down to 23 despite setting it for 19 so just didn’t work. Bathroom was terrible, years old fittings and shower cubicle falling apart pretty horrid all round. Breakfast content was good but the breakfast room is an obstacle course and you had to squeeze between tables to get anywhere so breakfast was not enjoyable. In this day, the hotel needs to sort out the poor rooms and breakfast set up
