Ok für ein paar Nächte
Pros:

Das Hotel ist relativ zentral und nahe zum Fluss gelegen. Man erreicht eigenlich alles gut zu Fuß innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten. Das Personal war außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war von der Qualität gut, leider kein Buffet, sondern abgezählt.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und eher heruntergekommen. Das Bett war schon recht durchgelegen. Platz war in dem kleinen Zimmer nicht viel. Die Dusche war recht eng. Und es hing ein kleiner Kronleuchter über dem Bett an einer rissigen Decke... Hat mir nicht das beste Sicherheitsgefühl gegeben...
Das Frühstück war abgezählt (1 Toast, 1 Croissant, 1 Kaffe, 1 Frucht, 1 Saft). War aber ausreichend und von der Qualität gut.

Pisa è sempre una bella città!
Pros:

Hotel carino esternamente e internamente nei locali comuni. La nostra stanza era stata probabilmente un po rinnovata e con dimensione normale per un 3 stelle. Condizionatore funzionante, letto abbastanza comodo. Stanza silenziosa. WI-FI ok.
Vicinanza alla torre e a piazza dei miracoli in circa 6 minuti a piedi e 12/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La zona della struttura è in ZTL molto tranquilla e sicura, posizionata di fronte al Tribunale e vicinissima alla Caserma dei Carabinieri. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e siamo entrati e usciti in diversi orari anche di notte e non c’è alcun pericolo di extracomunitari o balordi, tranne nei pressi della stazione.

Cons:

Il bagno purtroppo risulta vecchio e da ristrutturare. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva, la porta della doccia era rotta e vecchia, acqua dello scarico del WC molto rumorosa, bagno piccolo e senza alcuna mensola, phon fissato al muro in modo precario. Inoltre il bar dell hotel ha un totem per le ordinazioni ma non accetta tagli da 50,00 Euro, quindi consiglio di procurarvi biglietti di piccolo taglio o soldi spicci per ordinare. Avremmo voluto consumare un pomeriggio al bar ma il personale non mi ha potuto cambiare i soldi e quindi siamo dovuti andare altrove. La colazione NON è a buffet ma alla reception all ‘arrivo consegnano un biglietto con scritto 5 prodotti da consumare: 1 bevanda calda, 1 brioche, 1 toast, 1 succo, 1 bicchiere grande con della frutta tagliata. Non consiglio di pagare insieme alla stanza anche la colazione. Di fronte e nei dintorni ci sono vari bar fornitissimi dove si spende meno. Frigo bar vuoto.

Pros:

Very good location for visiting Pisa. All attractions in the city center can be reached on foot. The train station can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes, so it is a good base for visiting the surrounding towns. Friendly and responsive staff. The room was clean and tidy. Good price-quality ratio.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room, especially the shower cabin, is not suitable for tall and large people.

Great location, good coffee, friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is great. A short walk to the main streets and between the station and the tower. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Being in a pedestrian area its quiet at night. The bar is 24 hours and the seating area outside is surprisingly nice for something on the street. Good breakfast too. Lovely coffee. We decided to get ‘one of everything’ on the first day but it was far too much!

Cons:

All the floors are hard which makes it cool but not great when the room above come in late and leave early! But it’s minor and typical hotel noise.
