En dejlig og rummelig base med fantastisk imødekommende personale.
Pros:

Jeg satte virkelig pris på, at der var masser af plads, hvilket gav os mulighed for at nyde lidt mad og drikke i lejligheden. Desuden var personalet virkelig imødekommende og serviceminded.

Cons:

Der var lidt langt (alt er relativt) til nærmeste metro (Østerport), hvilket var lidt besværligt med kufferter mv.

Great location, good value but pool and sauna not great.
Pros:

Location was great, apartment was clean and spacious. Great value for money compared to alternatives.

Cons:

I arranged a surprise to be in the room for my partners birthday which was sadly forgotten, although was rectified when I went done to the reception and reminded them. Sadly it wasn’t quite as special as I had hoped because of this. Sauna was cold, pool was freezing! I booked this hotel solely for the pool and sauna so that was really disappointing. Changing rooms were very small and quite busy so that was really difficult.

Wouldn’t go back to this hotel at all for that price

Etwas anstrengend wegen des hohen Lärmpegels

Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, interessante Lage im ehemaligen Hafenspeichergebiet, Innenstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar( wenn man gerne läuft und keine Zeitnot hat), Pool und Trainingsgeräte vorhanden, echt große Zimmer, Wasserkocher und die notwendigsten Selbstversorgeraccesoires vorhanden, Restaurant, Café mit Bäckerei und Supermarkt dicht am Hotel

Cons:

Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Dies ist besonders unangenehm, weil ein Öffnen der Fenster in der Nacht wegen der nahen Gleisanlagen mit regem Zugverkehr ebenfalls sehr lästigen Lärm mit sich bringt. Verstopfte Abfluss Leitungen im Bad wurden auf Reklamation beseitigt. Insgesamt könnte eine Renovierung des Teppichbodens in den Gängen und der Badezimmeraustattung wohl nicht schaden.
