O quarto era muito confortável e aconchegante, temperatura ótima, banheiro confortável. Localização excelente. Pedi um quarto que não tivesse ruído da rua e fui atendida. Ou seja, o hotel preocupa-se com a satisfação do cliente. Senti que fui bem recebida. Outro ponto positivo é a recepção 24 hs. Cheguei e fui embora de madrugada. E teve alguém para me atender. Excelente.
Achei o café da manhã um pouco caro. Poderia ser oferecida uma opção um pouco mais barata. Foi o único ponto que não me agradou.

My pillows were a little too firm, but not bad.
Great location, simple but clean, warm and cozy. Special thanks to Vilma who was especially kind and helpful— suggested some excellent places to visit and even provided coupons, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

To be honest it’s not worth of money. However, taking into consideration that Iceland is expensive I understand the prices.
The breakfast was decent but could have some changes day to day. Minor changes makes the difference. We got a bit bored after 5 days having the exact same options especially when you pay 800 £.
Also, I don’t know why but some days the heating was off and we felt a bit cold. But mostly of the day we were not in our room so we didn’t mind.

It was clean and good location in centre of the city and close to the tour bus stops
It is quite noisy with multiple live music/pubs around that makes difficult to sleep, the windows should be upgraded to limit this problem. Breakfast was very basic with limited options. Quite small bathroom with no space to leave things

Una struttura in zona strategica, super centrale. Un hotel senza fronzoli ma pulito e con personale disponibile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare in loco i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out senza costi aggiuntivi, molto comodo.
