The hotel is clean, modern and stylish. The staff friendly and helpful. We had a room overlooking the water and the view was great. It was good to have a bath as well as a shower in the bathroom and it was easy to control the temperature of the room. It is close to a Lidl if you need any supplies and a short walk from the local Metro.
The location is a little way out from the city so you will need to use the Metro unless, like us, you are happy to walk. It takes about 20 minutes and is effectively a pleasant riverside walk. The breakfast was a bit chaotic when we stayed as we arrived at a busy time, but the food was tasty and plentiful.
L'hôtel est bien desservi par le train et le métro (10/15 minutes de l'Indre by), juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial type Westfield, tout en restant très calme. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatifs.
Manque de services pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Salle de fitness petite, j'ai vu plusieurs fois qu'il y avait un sauna mais nous ne l'avons jamais trouvé, tout comme le bar d'ailleurs (peut-être être simplement mal indiqué sur les panneaux de l'hôtel). Il me semble qu'il y a un accès à une piscine extérieure mais étant venu en février nous n'avons pas fait l'expérience.

I specifically stated that i'd like a triple room with 3 separate beds (not 1 double bed + sofa). And I only chose this hotel bec such option was available on Booking.com.
But our room had only 1 double bed. The staff explained that our room will be sorted out and an extra bed will be added latest 3pm. When we arrived about 22.30ish, nothing had changed. After contacting the admin and more waiting a folding bed arrived. So, instead of 3 single beds we had 1 double and a folding bed (not sofa).
Overall all this hassle sadly overshadows the comfort and cleaniliness of the room. And thats why i feel like i also overpaid for it.
Room was spacius, breakfast was good. great location beside lake and Copnehagen mall. very close to city center and other trourist locations.
at entrance, the luggage lift was slow and painfull sometime. other wise everything were fine.
Location. The only good thing was the suite's magnificent view of Copenhagen.
Everything is mediocre except for the location.The rooms are very small. We had to pay extra to book a suite. Even the suite was small. The wardrobe doors don't open completely. The wardrobe is small. The pillows are terrible. An extra bed was provided, but it's impossible to use as a bed; it folds up when you lie on it. Breakfast is poor, with little variety. The towels we thought were clean are lying on the floor in the hallway.
