The sea view rooms offer a satisfying sea view.
There's a trolley bus stop right in front.
Towels are changed daily. Beach towels are provided free of charge. They'll even change towels on your check-out day if you ask.
Early check-in is $25. Check-out is at 12 PM.
There's no laundry facility. There aren't any nearby either. There are also very few places to hang clothes indoors.
A tall hotel is nearby, so the inside of the room is completely visible from the upper floors.
very close to the beach and the Strip. staff friendly
stayed there for six nights, not once someone vaccumed. everything is rather old, carpet smells, is full of stains and needs to be replaced. expensive parking - you should park in the street behind the Zoo - parking is free and only a short walking-distance. streets are rather noisy from 7am to 11pm and windows thin.

The pillows - they were far too soft. An alternative density pillow needs to be available if you have this soft option as standard.
Also, I thought the bathroom was too small and quite tight to manoeuvre within.
It was very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The light over the desk was very dim, mostly decorative.

Next to the alley and people were sketchy outside Hotel after dark.

The location was great. Close to the city, close to the beach, but far enough away from the main action to be more quiet which we appreciated. The staff were all so lovely. We had family staying at a very large hotel village nearby and we were so glad we didn't stay in that craziness.
Our room could have been a bit cleaner. I'm not sure if the dirty spots in the bathroom I saw were stains (like it's physically clean, but just can't get the spots off) or not. The grout in the bathroom was also not great. Granted, I know they can't do a deep level of cleaning every single turnover, but it could have been a bit better. I also would have preferred that the coffee maker was already in the room. It seems they have a limited amount and you have to request one from the lobby which isn't a huge deal, but then they only brought 2 pods for me to use on a 6 day stay.

We only stayed 1 night but the bed was comfortable and room spacious. We could walk easily to restaurants and the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bonus for storing our luggage while we did a tour before heading onto the cruise.

There were maintenance issues. The television would not connect, the telephone was dead, the bathroom outlet was dead, there was no internet connection after the first day (we only stayed 2 nights), the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and it was noisy. We have stayed at this property several times before with no problems.
