Nice hotel with good location. Breakfast options were quite fine, not sure what some of the reviews complained about.

Cons:

The room had very faint smell of smoke almost all the time. It wasn't huge, but still unpleasant.
The official hotel website says they have restaurant with dinner options at the hotel, which turned out to be false. We did find a very nice restaurant in the building in front of the hotel though.

Great stay. Will be back
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, close to Wangfujing Street and all the major sightseeing spots we visited. Kevin was extremely helpful and friendly; he suggested we upgrade our room since we had two wheelchairs, and the standard room wouldn’t have been spacious enough. We really appreciated his suggestion, as it made our parents much more comfortable. Bathroom was super beautiful & big enough to move around. The self-service laundry was also a great bonus and very convenient to use.

Cons:

Buffet dinner didn't have much meat options but still grateful to have a place to eat after we had settled in.

Overall, the staying experience with Park Plaza Wangfujing was good.
Pros:

The location was good, near to Wangfujing pedestrian street & there was a subway station right behind the hotel which connect to most of the main attractions.

Posizione centrale e a tre minuti a piedi dalla metro, camere grandi, pulite e silenziose. Per chi non fa colazione in albergo Starbucks a 100 metri. Il personale parla inglese.
