Pros:

Upon arrival, total chaos. Lots of yelling and complaining from about 15 costumers unhappy with the rooms’ allotments. It took a while to get rooms. Elevator broken. We had to carry suitcases up 3 floors, same yelling and disputes among some residents for space and line-ups, and between residents and management. Stale food. Some costumers handle food with bare hands then return it. The rooms are not in the best shape. Some residents leave clothing items on lawnchairs for the length of their stay making them unavailable for others. Not a good place for having a rest.

Absolutely disappointed I am really annoyed on Expedia who misled me by selling a1* hotel for 4* hotel. the hotel could only define its self as 2* but I was sold as 4* specially after spending hours on the phone explaining that I am going with my 2kids I need a good hotel. So I only blame Expedia for misleading it’s cust

Pros:

catastrophic hotel, staff with miserable reception, we left it just after doing our check in, especially after 2 minutes according to the quality of the baby beds, elevator does not operational, we took more than 1h45 minutes to get the key of the room, etc. finally we left it without paying anything
