The Beach House Inn

Didn’t have a table and chairs to sit when you eat breakfast and lunch and supper and no couch and no chairs to sit in you had to sit on the bed there was hardly any silverware or and only two plate's and there was no glasses to drink out just 2 plastic cups and two bowls to eat out of and I was very disappointed because they didn’t have any of the things that I mentioned they should have all of that in a room but they didn’t and didn’t like having to sit on the bed the whole time because they didn’t have a couch and chairs to sit in other than that if was alright

Loved the whole Inn! The room was spacious, the older cleaning lady was so friendly! Never had any problems parking. Even though the pool was not open yet, we were able to sit on some chairs and just watch the ocean. We will be back!!

My stay was great. I did have some miscommunication with the receptionist that was unpleasant but the issue was resolved quickly with the owner. The grounds are nice and very well kept. Hotel is right on the beach. Despite the pool construction the patio and view are beautiful. No breakfast offered. Late checkout if you book through the third party site.

Very nice staff. Yes the pool is being repaired and there’s some construction to the property. But book anyway… instant beach access is worth it and the staff being so friendly makes up for the rest. Clean and well stocked as well

They're obviously still recovering from storm damage but the our room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette in the room was incredibly convenient and The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was infested with roaches — crawling on the walls and floors. Completely unsanitary and unlivable.

I contacted the front desk and Expedia immediately. While I appreciate that I was refunded for one night, I stayed far less than I booked and expected a full refund for the entire stay, given the unacceptable conditions.

No one should have to deal with this, especially when paying for what’s supposed to be a clean and safe environment. I’m extremely disappointed and hope Expedia holds this property accountable.

We had a wonderful spontaneous getaway, the only thing to improve is the bedding, there is no blanket

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! The ocean view king room was perfect with a comfy bed, beautiful balcony, and even a little kitchenette. We are definitely keeping the Beach House Inn in mind if we are staying in Daytona Beach again!

Our stays was awesome! The workers was nice and helpful they have me anything when I need it. Our room was comfortable and nice area.

Would had been better if had a pool and better entrance to the beach after hours

Front desk was very helpful. Room was ok. Paid extra for 2 queen beds and an ocean view room. Beds were full sized which was difficult to fit everyone when I brought my kids. “Ocean view” all you could see was the pool at the hotel next door. Our stay wasn’t terrible though beach was nice and staff was super friendly

I was pleasantly surprised by Inn. Super cute, clean, friendly people who watch over the place. Loved my room & located in a central location 😍 will stay again

Everything was so great we ended up extending our stay another day; beautiful view of beach, clean rooms and the front desk is absolutely amazing.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Nicole at front desk moved mountains to make our stay so enjoyable and we will definitely be back;

Was a great say cant wait to book another trip

The room worked for us as we were just there for the Daytona 500. We did not spend alot of time in the room. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness. The shower curtain had "stuff" all over it. NO surfaces were really wiped down. Very convenient location.

This property is not in any condition to take on guest as it is subpar after the hurricane. Several amenities which should have been disclosed were not. Not here on Expedia site nor the properties site. Additionally, the owners are trying to run it like an Airbnb which was never disclosed. The check in process was never explained. But putting that all aside. It is in no way in shape to have guest. Expedia should immediately remove them. They have no pool and no beach access. I understand a major storm came through but to leave off information to help customers better understand what to expect is shameless and deceiving at best.
