Unsafe environment
Pros:

Room had multiple cigarette burn holes in both bedspreads. Questionable noisy activity outside our rooms much of the night. Rooms smelled like smoke. We had women and small children. We did not feel safe.
A hit and run occurred in the parking lot at 1:00am.
